Jídlo vždy výborné ale ta obsluha ne. I have never had a problem with food or service. But today's staff on March 19, 2022 was arrogant and reluctant to prepare cinnamon rolls for me. The food is always excellent but the service is not.

Skvělý servis, obzvlášť slečna Dita, dělá báječné cappuccino. Zajděte, nebudete litovat. Great cinnabonky! I love pecans the most! There was a minor accident, which was then well resolved! E	Elene Daeort on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní návštěva super. Klasický cinnabon byl čerstvý, nadýchaný, sladký tak akorát (ideálně k neslazené kávě), s krémem rozhodně nešetří. Je toho pořádná porce, měla jsem ho místo oběda, takže s cenou jsem ok. Přímo na místě jsem ho navíc dostala příjemně teplý. Tou chutí mě opravdu zaskočil a určitě zkusím i ostatní verze. Káva byla také fajn, rozhodně neurazí. Měla jsem štěstí na prodavačku - byla to nesmírně milá a nápomocná slečna. Druhá slečna, která mluvila s dalšími zákazníky, byla vyloženě otrávená, ale stane se, za to hvězdy brát nebudu. Kdybych mohla, tak bych ubrala půlku hvězdičky za stoly. Některé byly lehce olepené nebo měly skvrnky od kávy. Nic hrozného a z pozice zaměstnanců za pultem asi i lehce přehlédnutelné, ale stejně to zmíním, protože na to bývají lidé hákliví. Today's visit is great. The classic cinnabon was fresh, fluffy, just so sweet (ideal for unsweetened coffee), it definitely doesn't skimp on cream. It's a good portion, I had it instead of lunch, so I'm fine with the price. In addition, I got it pleasantly warm on the spot. I was really surprised by the taste and I will definitely try the other versions. The coffee was also nice, it certainly doesn't offend. I was lucky to be a saleswoman - she was an extremely nice and helpful young lady. The second young lady, who spoke to other customers, was clearly annoyed, but it happens that I will not take the stars for it. If I could, I would take half a star from the tables. Some were lightly glued or had coffee stains. Nothing terrible and probably easily overlooked from the position of the employees behind the counter, but I will mention it anyway, because people tend to be picky about it.

Doma si děláme taky ale když se nechce tak s radostí zajdeme na cinnabonky. Great sweet buns with cinnamon, high price per piece (95 CZK per maxi) but on the other hand it is something unusual in Prague and it has a great dump of scents. We do it at home too, but if we don't want to, we will be happy to go to the cinnabons.
