Po vytisknutí faktury už najednou neplatí předchozí domluva a vlastně mi vynadal, že nic takového neříkal. Největší chyba byla, že jsem se na začátku nezeptal alespon na předběžnou cenu - což by ale mohli dělat sami od sebe že? No nic, člověk se vždy učí :) To, když jsem později zjistil, že vyměněný díl není originální mě už ani nepřekvapilo... Mr. Neruda's approach was very rude and does not seem to remind the owner of the company to the client. Once the invoice has been printed, the previous agreement does not apply, and in fact I was told that he did not say anything like that. The biggest mistake was that I did not ask for at least a preliminary price at the beginning - but what could they do for themselves? Nothing, a person always learns :) When I later found out that the replaced part was not original, I was no longer surprised ...

Navíc vše bylo narovinu a poctivě dokladováno. Žádné předražené díly! Také cena za práci byla velmi přiměřená. Ve finále jsem ušetřil nejen peníze, ale i čas a nervy. Někteří zákazníci si myslí, že špatná nálada vychází vždy od majitele nebo od obsluhujícího a vůbec si neuvědomí, že oni jsou ti morousi, kteří blbou náladu iniciovali. S takovými namyšlenými a otravnými zákazníky se špatně pracuje. Každému chceme vyhovět a snažíme se o to. Děkujeme všem, kteří to chápou. Some customers think that a bad mood always comes from the owner or the attendant and they do not realize that they are the moros who initiated the bad mood. Such arrogant and annoying customers are difficult to work with. We want to satisfy everyone and we try to do it. We thank everyone who understands it.
