Car and customer service - horror! Rental of a red Renault Trafic minibus, SS 6AK 7595, from Friday to Sunday. The contract and handover protocol state "car without defects". Reality? During the rental it turned out that: the car has a large will to drive, the horn does not work (!), The display after a few kilometers began to light up, the airbag does not work (!) And there is an oil error, the display in Polish (?), Can not be controlled and change, radio not working (display on, radio not playing, buttons not working), steering wheel control also not working, passenger sun visor torn off, rear wipers missing. Very neglected condition, garbage in the door pockets. Instead of apologizing for the return of this wreck, a contractual penalty of CZK 300 for not returning the cleaned car was charged. Make the conclusion yourself. The rental is run by foreigners who obviously have different service standards.

I rented a Renault Trafic 8 + 1 for 4 days. I had a bad feeling when I arrived at a car rental site, feeling like a dump. There was a mess in the office again, and I had a tight feeling of space. When the vehicle was negotiated and the paper was handled, it happened to me twice that during the working hours the establishment was closed. Now about the car, looking from the outside and inside, my car seemed fine. When I was driving, I found out that the car was reporting a problem with the airbags, and it also makes strange noises in the chassis. The vehicle is certainly very old and has some defects. After three days of vacation we were returning home, unfortunately we did not finish. When I was driving, I wanted to get 5 out of 4, but the gear lever stopped working, swaying back and forth. I had to stop on the parking lane and try to repair the car, unsuccessfully. I had no choice but to call the towing service. When I called a car rental company they didn't pick me up, they called me after 3 hours ... We had to arrange a car to transport 4 people at our own expense, as the towing service could only transport 3 people. We were over 400km from home, we waited 7 hours for towing service and the journey home lasted 6 hours. It was utter suffering and agony for us. When we returned the vehicle we demanded compensation due to unexpected expenses (negotiating a vehicle to transport people), they immediately refused to me and the owner looked at me as a fool. After that, I got more money from the deposit (CZK 10,000) for refueling a full tank. I'm definitely never going to this car rental and I highly recommend avoiding their services. Attracted to low prices, now I know that I'd rather pay extra :)
