P	Pascal Marquis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had such a bad experience on a tour. The Prague Bus tours is a far far better customer experienced and with sufficient bus frequency to handle the flow of customers. Reimbursement was reclaimed on the following day at the head offices. File is closed.

The buses are full, forcing us to wait for the next one more than once - this would be fine if the buses on the main line weren't thirty minutes apart. Not only are the designated stops tricky to locate, the boarding experience is more that of an "every man for himself" type, and less of a civilized queue. The weather is beautiful with temperatures over 25 degrees, yet there are very limited open roof buses - in our case we enjoyed our tour in an old bus with a leaky AC above our heads. Verdict: an expensive waste of half a day.

P	Paul Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very badly organised and expensive bus journey. We were on the second to last stop before we were even given a map or headphones. Their were multiple problems for people using the app and it being out of sync with the journey. Would recommend the boat trip but do not waste your money on the bus. We complained with two other groups and were passed from pillar to post for an hour before the 3rd manager we spoke to just walked away and refused to help. It felt like daylight robbery and organised crime.
L	Lada Simakova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid!!! It is just the waste of money, would say scam. You will be better off to buy ticket for public transport and jump on the tram nr. 22! Rude staff while boarding, wifi on the bus wasn't working properly and headphones were working brokenly. We lost nearly whole route due to this issues. Their "bus stops" are not marked. After complaint we were told that the manager will come to speak to us. We wanted at least partial refund, he refused. We were offered free boat trip instead and after phone call to someone he said he can't give us 55mins boat trip as he promised earlier and generaly told us to F??K OFF and he walked away? ?

We also did the hop on/off in Paris and I was expecting Prague to be like that but it wasn't quite the same. The narration was via an app we had to download on our phones vs controlled by the Bus in Paris, I think the Paris method is better because it doesn't depend on wifi. The thing that was better was the driver and his assistant on the bus in Prague were GREAT. Despite several passengers complaining and being overly impatient, they were so friendly and helpful. They showed us places to go and little tricks that we wouldn't have had on a recorded narration. We had 6 in out party and all felt it was worth the time and money.
S	Sophia Koun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience. The bus was too crowded without any concern on COVID-19 despite the raise of cases. The use of mask was optional, even from the tour guide! No hand sanitisers on board, no physical distancing, no vaccination passport/negative test required. I don’t recommend it in no event; but I liked the sightseeing showboat which someone can book separately, totally worth it.
