★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, I recommend it, It was a great way to get around the city and the boat trip was one of the highlights of my trip! It was more info on the tours and that it was easier to find all the stops. The seats on the bus were also very comfortable, All in all I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city for a short period of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worthy, they are very unorganized and buses are in bad shape. They say that while you are in the bus you can hear a description of places but most of the time you can hear only music. We felt like we wasted the money, do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used green line. When we tried to change it for red one, we were waiting for 40 min - no buses for red or yellow lines. Also their mobile apps showed busses on green line only... But bus staff ensured us to wait! No busses! So, please, do not offer 3 lines if you have only one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are zero signs at each stop so tourists are constantly wandering around asking "Where's the stop? Where's the bus?" Also, trying to pay at the start was extremely difficult because the staff (and half the busses) do not posses a payment/ticket machine. In that case you have to wait for the next bus, and then the next bus, and then.. all of a sudden you've been standing in the cold for 45 minutes. If only someone would wake up and organize it properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are full on thieves and liars. In Prague do not buy bus tickets from “representatives” standing around the buses. They are all con artists. Be sure to buy your tickets directly from the bus driver of the company you want to tour with. The ticket sellers of this company will wear the logos and carry brochures of the competitors and trick you into buying tickets for the scam bus company they work for. They will go to any length of lies to trick you. BE AWARE! And good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably bad service! All these people have been waiting for almost an hour for a bus and No bus showed up! No coordination between the sales men and the buses. You are better off taking the Green hop on buses instead!
