★ ★ ★ ★ ★ English: Rude employees. Frustrating and shamefull experience, where the employees will humilitate you just because they can. As a born Czech man, i was deeply in shame this is stil possible.
Česky: Zaměstnanci bez manýrů, bez úrovně, slyšitelně bez vyššího vzdělání a bez základního jazykového vybavení, což je naprosto šokující fakt. Neochotní, vyhořelí a občas i nekompetetní - a to vás tady může přijít draho. Bez pozdravu, bez poděkování, bez ohledů, bez laskavosti. Návrat před rok 1989 se vším všudy. S cizinci jednají drze, jakoby to byly děti nebo nějaký druh opic - jsou to přeci cizinci. Na dotazy neodpovídají vůbec nebo odpovídají stroze a často v odpovědích používají drzé fráze, které by si jinak dovolit nemohli. Jako všude, lze i tu ovšem narazit i na lidi vzdělané a tudíž nezatížené pohrdáním cizinci, ale těch je zatraceně pomálu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are booking the appointment via phone, there is an English speaking operator, emphasize that you want to receive a code. There is a possibility that your reservation won't be visible from their side, as it happened to me, in which case you just need to sit and wait.
If you reserve a slot, you can get your ticket on the police no sooner then 30 mins, and no longer then 15 mins prior to the appointment.
For EU folks, if you are going to register your stay, bring copy of your proof of accommodation. They will ask for it, and emphasize they do not copy docs lol. Nearest copy place is in Chodov mall, so not that close. Prepare Czech vocabulary for the occasion. Officers were ok, just weren't in the mood to speak English. Regular EE public service experience.
