Měli jsme velmi specifické požadavky na naší letní dovolenou, které neuměly v jiných CK vyřešit. Zde nám věnovali čas a mnoho úsilí. Nakonec jsme zájezd koupili. Opravdu děkujeme a na 100% DOPORUČUJEME

We had very specific requirements for our summer vacation, which they could not solve in other travel agencies. They have given us time and a lot of effort here. In the end, we bought the trip. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Služby cestovné kanceláři Fischer pravé nedoporučuji. Poslední den před zájezdem mne onemocněl roční syn, tak jsem zůstala s nim a nejela. CK slíbila, ze budeme mít se zdravotních důvodu kompenzaci od pojišťovny, a slíbila nám poslat storno fakturu.
Už je měsíc pryč, a zadnu storno fakturu naše rodina nedostala. Má ta na staroste paní Pavla Sedova, ale nereaguje na e-maily. Chci také se postěžovat na arogantní chování paní Svobodovou, která pracuje na pobočce Flóra. Žádný zájezd určitě tam kupovat nedoporučuji.
Je to ostuda takhle manipulovat se zákazníky v dobu Covid. Tak Fischer už nikdy.
I do not recommend the services of the Fischer travel agency. On the last day before the trip, my one-year-old son fell ill, so I stayed with him and didn't go. The travel agency promised that we would have compensation from the insurance company for health reasons, and promised to send us a cancellation invoice.
It's been a month, and our family hasn't received any cancellation invoices. She is in charge of Mrs. Pavel Sedov, but does not respond to e-mails. I also want to complain about the arrogant behavior of Mrs. Svobodová, who works at the Flóra branch. I definitely do not recommend buying any trip there.
It's a shame to manipulate customers like this at Covid time. So Fischer never again.
