Excellent staff. At the tadpole of the day, I found out that my shoes didn't fit and that I was pushing. I got new shoes and new skis. Without speaking. Supr!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hadden een afspraak gemaakt over de prijs, Toen we de spullen terug kwamen brengen en het overige bedrag moesten betalen moesten we opeens 700 kronen extra betalen. Wij hadden van te voren een andere prijs gekregen, toen proberen we op een redelijk manier uit te leggen wat er volgens ons mis ging maar werd er meteen gedreigd met de politie te bellen.
Mijn tip is: let goed op als je iets wil huren laat alles noteren maar de beste tip is huren gewoon niet.
We had made an agreement about the price. When we came to bring the stuff back and had to pay the remaining amount, we suddenly had to pay 700 kroner extra. We had been given a different price in advance, then we try to explain in a reasonable way what we think went wrong, but they immediately threatened to call the police.
My tip is: pay attention if you want to rent something, have everything noted down, but the best tip is just not renting.

Allerdings hat die junge studentische Aushilfe meine Skibindungen so fest eingestellt, dass die Skier bei einem schweren schnellen Sturz nicht abgefallen sind. Nun habe ich ein verletztes Knie und kann vorerst nicht mehr laufen. Der sogenannte Z-Wert berechnet sich nicht allein aus Körpergröße und Gewicht habe ich nun erfahren. Gefährlich dass die Mitarbeiter hier wegen Zeitdruck nachlässig sind.
Very friendly, courteous and professional. However, the young student assistant adjusted my ski bindings so tightly that the skis did not fall off in the event of a serious, fast fall. Now I have an injured knee and I can no longer walk for the time being. I have now found out that the so-called Z-value is not calculated solely from height and weight. Dangerous that the employees here are careless due to time pressure.
