U společnosti jsem objednal nový herní nootebook a zvolil jsem vyzvednutí na pobočce Atrium Flora. Následují pracovní den mi volal pán, který se představil jako manažer této pobočky a vnucoval mi službu první start. Při vynucování této služby používal nátlakové strategie a uváděl nepřesné až zavádějící informace - pokud prý v počítači, který byl nabízen s windows 10, bude chybně předinstalován windows a já nevyužiji jím nabízené služby, budou mi prý dle jeho slov za opravu účtovat cenu v řadech 1000 korun. Znovu bych si žádný produkt na tuto pobočku nezaslal nenechal. Na druhou stranu musím ocenit pána prodejce, když jsem počítač vyzvedával, který neměl problém s tím dorovnat cenu notebooku na eshopu, která se mezi datem objednání a vyzvednutí snížila. ad 24.1.: Podpora rychle a vstřícně vyřešila můj problém s dárkem k novému nootebooku.
I ordered a new game notebook from the company and chose to pick it up at the Atrium Flora branch. The next working day I was called by a gentleman who introduced himself as the manager of this branch and forced me to start the service first. He used coercive strategies to enforce this service and provided inaccurate to misleading information - if Windows, which was offered with windows 10, was incorrectly pre-installed on the computer and I did not use the services offered, he said he would charge me a price in the ranks of 1000 crown. Again, I would not leave any product sent to this branch. On the other hand, I have to appreciate the salesman when I picked up the computer, which had no problem matching the price of the laptop at the e-shop, which decreased between the date of order and collection. ad 24.1 .: The support solved my problem with the gift for the new nootebook quickly and helpfully.

There are 2 stores in the shopping mall. The regular shop had mostly phone cases and cables. Female staff was awful - when I asked for the product and it didn't fit my needs ( so I didn't buy it) she frowned very loudly at me.

Worst customer service ever. They sell defective products and they don’t take responsibility over it. I gave them a chance despite of the bad reviews and it was a mistake. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Went in for Computer headset and mic, No one helped me for the longest time. When he did help me he had zero information on any of the products. I asked him the difference between products he said that the more expensive one was the best I asked him why and he had no idea. He said it was bluetooth (it was not) After I bought the product it broke 3 days later. When I went to bring it back they would not replace it and said that their repair shop would have to look at it first before making a decision that could take 2 weeks. Go ANYWHERE else. These guys are the worst
