Komunikace je vzdy rychla a velice mila, coz se dnes jen tak nevidi. Vanoce se blizi a je mi uz ted jasne, kam pujde Jezisek nakupovat :) I have already made several orders and I am completely satisfied again. Dovolat se tam - nemožné, komunikace příšerná, rezervace a možná přerezervace termínu v říši snů. Nikdy víc!!! I was gifted with two vouchers from Allegrie, I was thrilled with the gift, but then completely disappointed with the communication from Allegrie, which basically did not communicate. Bylo plno celý měsíc, tak alegria poptávala další termíny, které jsme navrhli, nelze si rezervovat termín přímo s hotelem. Vše, že bylo obsazeno, voucher zrušit jde, ale zpátky dostanete jen 70%. Vyměnit lze, ale jen na stejný zážitek (měli jsme pobyt = museli jsme vyměnit za jiný pobyt, tzn. nešlo vyměnit za masáže). Nakonec jsme zůstali u původního pobytu, ale termín máme až za 3/4 roku. Lepší je i Slevomat. Deferred prices, poor communication = first you have to buy a voucher, then alegria as a third party will ask for your desired deadline. It was a whole month long, so alegria asked for other terms we designed, you can not book the term directly with the hotel. Everything that was occupied, the voucher cancels goes, but you get only 70% back. It is possible to exchange, but only for the same experience (we had stay = we had to exchange for another stay, ie we could not exchange for massages). In the end, we stayed at our original residence, but we have a term of up to 3/4 years. Slevomat is also better.

Poskytovatel ale opakovaně rušil termíny z důvodu poruchy letadla. (jednalo se o seskok v Českých Budějovicích) a to i několik minut před začátkem zážitku. Tedy jste cestu za zážitkem již absolvovali. Doporučuji řešit jak firma Allegria vybírá a kontroluje své poskytovatele služeb/zážitků. Osobně vnímám, že v tomto směru nekonají vše potřebné. Při reklamaci zážitku, se začala komunikace obalovat nepravdami o počasí a podobně. Zážitek jsem musel vrátit. Pachuť neprofesionálního poskytovatele zážitku zůstala ne jen ve mně ale i všech blízkých. Prodejci firmě Allegrii již jako profesionálovy také nedůvěřuji. I gave my parents a tandem jump. When complaining about the experience, the communication began to be covered with lies about the weather and the like. I had to return the experience. The taste of a non-professional experience provider remained not only in me but also in everyone close to me. As a professional, I also no longer trust the Allegria dealer.

Spojit se s firmou na zážitky nebylo možné, protože se nebylo možné nijak spojit. až jsem se dovolal, řekli, že je pozdě poukaz propadl Allegrii. Opravdu super firma na okrádání lidí. P	Pavel Nový on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma na zážitky je opravdu správný název. Zakoupili jsme dárkový poukaz do Aquapalace Praha. Bohužel jsme pouze zafinancovali Allegrii a poukaz nemůžeme uplatnit. Je to opravdu neskutečný zážitek a všem doporučuji si nejprve přečíst hodnocení a této společnosti se vyhnout. An experience company is really the right name. We bought a gift voucher for Aquapalace Prague. Unfortunately, we only financed Allegria and we cannot redeem the voucher. It's a really unbelievable experience and I recommend everyone to read the reviews first and avoid this company.
