I was very pleasantly surprised. First of all, I want to note the girl that she made out everything for me, allowed me to draw up one additional piece of paper without a separate entry, for which I am very grateful to her, since I have to travel at least from another city and I had to issue it as soon as possible (and I found out about this recently). I helped with everything. There was an error either on my part or on the part of the system, because it was not possible to find a power of attorney already approved on the site (I honestly did not find an error on my part, or the information on the site was not completely clear to me). In general, she was a very pleasant girl, who went to the meeting in everything and behaved very friendly. The man who controlled the people at the entrance was also very nice. However, I take off one star in my personal rating, because it was a very long time for two documents (I left almost at the end of the working day, when I came at 10, that is, almost 2 o'clock). This was, of course, obvious due to the power of attorney not found (that is, most likely a system error), because in order to check the email, the girl had to go to almost another office (well, give the employees computers, please), also problems with the search information on the site (there are technical problems, perhaps I could not find most of the information, because I do not understand the terminology, but for this there is a contact center, where it is very problematic to get through). All in all, the workers I was lucky enough to run into were wonderful, and the whole system needs serious adjustments.

Only 4.5 months (legal term - 3) and my new passport is ready (the old one expired a month and a half ago). Hello, the rule of law! The staff of the information department are polite and sincere in trying to help. But they are overloaded and it is very difficult to get through, you have to travel in person. The headmistress Sem MA speaks rudely and at the first opportunity is justified by the deterioration of relations between the countries. Very convenient, even if in my case, when the problem was in Moscow. You need to show sympathy for compatriots who are in difficulties due to CD mid, and not talk to them like enemies.

Very nice girl at the notary office (window 2). He scrupulously checks everything, in case of an error he removes it, calmly, without fuss and with underlined politeness. The guard is also kind and courteous. In general, everything at the consulate is at the highest level, clearly and professionally! Payment, unfortunately, is only in cash. Here in the reviews they wrote about terminals with a commission of 50 kroons - they still cost, but you can pay directly at the checkout without commissions. However, there may be no change at the checkout.

I would like to praise the consular section in Prague. I managed to sign up the first time on the site 3 months ago. Today I came by appointment and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. A very nice and polite security guard who immediately suggested where to go and what to do. The girl in the window who was filling out the documents was also very polite and sweet. Very convenient cash desk with a nice girl inside. The registration took place very quickly, I was received half an hour earlier than the appointed time and everything was completed within 15 minutes. Thank you very much for such a well-coordinated work!

The passport was done quickly, communicated politely. For some reason, in the window they said that you can pick it up on any day, but it turned out that only on certain days. There is a sign on the wall where it says what but why did they say in the window that on any reception day? But these are trifles, otherwise everything is ok. Vandalism is not being removed around, apparently the calculation is that soon the consulate will be closed altogether. I don't know how we'll renew our passports then...
