Jednání otřesné, internet špatně fungující po přesunutí antény na střeše (bez našeho vědomí), opravu si však musíme hradit my, faktury za výjezdy a práce techniků chodí rychlostí blesku, ale technika je firma schopna poslat za 4 dny!! Takže vy platíte a internet a televizi nemáte. Doporučuji jít rovnou ke konkurenci, ušetříte si peníze i duševní zdraví.
I absolutely do not recommend this company. Negotiating behavior, internet malfunctioning after moving the antenna on the roof (without our knowledge), but we have to pay for the repair, invoices for trips and work of technicians go at lightning speed, but the company is able to send the technology in 4 days !! So you pay and you don't have internet and TV. I recommend going straight to the competition, you will save money and mental health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa. Nefunkční internet, technik na výjezdu problém neopravil, ale faktura za jeho opravu a za měsíc nefunkčního internetu přišla bleskově. Po tom, co jsme ji nezaplatili, chodily výhružné emaily a dopisy, že budeme nahlášení na TKÚ a posílali další a další faktury.
Catastrophe. Broken internet, the technician on the trip did not fix the problem, but the invoice for its repair and for a month of broken internet came in a flash. After we did not pay it, there were threatening emails and letters that we would be reported to the TKÚ and sent more and more invoices.
