Ať se i nadále daří a máte hodně spokojených zákaznic a zákazníků.. Very nice and handy manicurist .. Thank you very much for the beautiful nail-shellac and sometimes I will definitely go again. Have a good day and have a lot of satisfied customers ..
L	Lenka Lupínková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji, nejhorší zkušenost, kterou jsem za svůj život zažila, především s manikérkou. Neupravená, nepříjemná, bez zájmu, při příchodu mi hned mezi dveřmi vynadala, že jdu pozdě (příchod ve 12.04h!!!, objednaná 12.00). Po telefonu jsem objednala tzv.suchou pedikůru a standartní manikůru. Manikérka mi nohy namočila a poté mi opět vynadala (bez přehánění, ano, vynadala), že jí mám přeci říct, jakou pedikůru chci. Na to jsem jí namítla, že jsem se po telefonu domlouvala s kolegyní zcela přesně, o jakou manikůru stojím a čekala bych, že tuto informaci ví. Pominu-li opravdu nepříjemně, neuklizeně a špinavě působící prostředí, tahle paní či spíše slečna by měla ihned odejít z oblasti poskytování služeb. Po druhém vynadání jsem jí oznámila, že to stačí a odešla jsem. Slečna tak připravila salon o výdělek, očividně byla ráda, že si může jít sednout zpět ke svému telefonu. Opravdu fatální neprofesionalita. I definitely do not recommend, the worst experience I have ever had in my life, especially with a manicurist. Untidy, unpleasant, uninterested, on arrival I immediately scolded between the door that I am late (arrival at 12.04 pm !!!, ordered 12.00). On the phone I ordered so-called dry pedicure and standard manicure. The manicurist dipped my feet and then scolded me again (without exaggeration, yes, she scolded) that I should tell her what pedicure I wanted. I said to her that I had to talk to my colleague on the phone exactly what manicure I wanted and I would expect to know this information. Aside from the really unpleasant, untidy and dirty environment, this lady, or rather the lady, should leave the service area immediately. After the second scolding, I told her it was enough and I left. The lady thus lost her salon's earnings, obviously glad that she could go back to her phone. Really fatal professionalism.
H	Hanka Fukalova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodím do salonu na manikuru i pedikuru a vždy jsem na 100% spokojená, jsem nerozvážný člověk, barvu na nehtíky jsem schopná vybírat hodiny a tady v tomto salonu je opravdu z čeho vybírat, ale díky bohu mi slečna vždy dobře poradí a výsledek je perfektní!! Cenově je to pro mě naprosto super, ráda za tak krásné nehty zaplatím :) Děkuji :) I go to a salon for manicure and pedicure and I am always 100% satisfied, I am a reckless person, I am able to choose the color for my nails and here in this salon there is really something to choose from, but thank God the lady always advises me well and the result is perfect! ! The price is absolutely great for me, I like to pay for such beautiful nails :) Thank you :)

Pedikura je velmi dobre provedena, bohuzel v salonu se akorat resily osobni zalezitosti majitelek (alespon jsem pochopila, ze se jedna o majitelky?). Vim, ze doba je ted narocna pro vsechny profese, kazdopadne moc rada chodim na takovato mista relaxovat, nechat o sebe pecovat. Tady jsem se moc neuvolnila. Platba je mozna pouze hotove, nezapomente si tedy vybrat. Mozna mistu dam jeste druhou sanci, protoze jak jsem rekla - pedikura velmi dobra, cena take, “jen” ta atmosfera. Mistnost je lehce zasla, neni to 5* cistota, ale da se akceptovat. I have mixed feelings. The pedicure is very well performed, unfortunately in the salon the personal affairs of the owners have just resolved (at least I understood that they are owners?). I know that now is a difficult time for all professions, in any case I like to go to such places to relax, to take care of myself. I didn't relax much here. Payment is only possible in cash, so don't forget to choose. Maybe I'll give me a second chance, because as I said - pedicure very good, the price also, "only" the atmosphere. The room is easily sent, it is not 5 * purity, but it can be accepted.

OK, she doesn’t speak English but there is no reason to become obnoxious even aggressive. P.S. responding to the owner’s review below: judged by your response and the previous reviews you might have issues with foreigners. Given your location in a district popular among expats there might be other careless foreigners out there who will commit the same mistake and step into your basement. Probably, it makes sense to place a large sign in Czech AND English on your door saying that you do not serve foreign customers who do not speak Czech. It will make your position very clear and spare people from unpleasant interactions with your employees. If you know nobody who can help you with translation, Google Translate is at your service. You did understand my review somehow. Also, I don’t know about cameras in your salon but there is no excuse for a place to be this dirty… All the best in your business
