Tento salon jsem nasla nahodou a jsem moc rada, mezi me jen to ze jsem o tomto miste nevedela drive :p. Pan i pani delaji krasne nehty, mily a velmi ochotni. Udelaji vam nehty tak jak chcete a jakkykoliv pozadavky navic ktere jsem mela udelali s nejvyssim usilim. Doporucuju!

Byla jsem zde zatím pouze 2x ale mám v plánu chodit dal. Dříve jsem měla v oblibě jiný salon, ale jednou se ke mě personál nazachoval hezky, a proto jsem hledala náhradu a našla tento salon, a jsem velice spokojená.

Amazing nails and great prices. I got a gel manicure for the equivalent of around 20 USD. Will totally come back :)

Real shame the experience was ruined by the owner trying to rip me off. Went for a pedi with gel polish, where the owner on the number provider confirmed on WhatsApp 500 czk. I went and the pedicure was good, and quality also nice. As I was having a nice experience, I asked how much for the same colour as a manicure. He advise for just paint 500 czk and with extension 550 czk. So I accept with extension. After the pedi, I checked on the price list to make sure as I only had that specific money and he checked with me, confirmed, 550 czk. After sticking one hand of extensions on he asks the length. I requested a short coffin shape, so mid length. He tells me it's long so its an extra 50 czk. I asked why he charges more or length and why did he not state it before. The possibility of extension at the price he quoted was basically cut down to my natural nails length, giving me no reason for extension. It just doesn't make sense. He got pretty emotional and insisted it would be extra. We could not agree, so I asked him to stop. When coming to pay he requested 590 czk, saying my pedi was now 550 czk as I did not take the mani, despite not stating it in my WhatsApp message where he confirmed the 500 czk price. PLUS 40czk for starting the mani. He insisted and started throwing his arms around which was pretty intimidating. I brought up the message but he said no. I gave him the 500 czk as agreed originally and he marched me out of the store. Very disappointing as I would have gone back based on the pedi. If you go, just be sure to confirm price before, especially if you do not speak Czech (which he blamed on me not understanding, despite communicating between each other in English). ---- ADDITION SINCE OWNER REPLIED: You have essentially confirmed what I have explained in my review; except you have added a complete lie by saying you told be the additional cost for the nail polish I chose; OR telling me that you were going to charge for the removal. Plus you confirm you did not state that it would be more for long extensions, despite me showing you the photo. Your card of polish's do not state a different price for each type of polish. Your price list does not state a difference price for the polish. And YOU sir did not tell me any difference in price when I requested the colour. Please do not lie.

The salon only accepts cash. My manicure was just ok, nothing too special but nothing bad either. Try it out if you're nearby, and don't forget adequate cash (~500CZK).

The owner will try to rip you off. Worst experience I have ever had with nails in Prague, and I’ve lived here for 3 years. The first time I got my nails done in this salon, the owner said that because my nails were long, the price would be 550kc. Ok. Today though when he was about to finish my nails he said “It will be 750kc just for the nails because they are long, and an extra 100kc for choosing 2 colours and 200kc for the design”. I said sorry, when did long nails go from 550kc to 750kc? And he got angry and started raising his voice saying the price was set, I had to pay and that if I wanted cheap nails I should go somewhere else. I was only asking and trying to understand this new price, but he wouldn’t let me speak and kept talking over me, it was really horrible. I tried to ask him why he didn’t tell me beforehand that this would be the price because my nails had grown a little longer (not much longer, I have pictures of what they looked like before and what they look like now and it has not grown much!!!). If he had told me it would be an extra 200kc, I would have asked him to cut them a bit and keep the original price. But he refused to listen to anything I had to say. What upset me the most was that the extra 100kc he wanted to charge for using 2 colours was a straight up lie. I had done 2 colours before there (black and white, I have pictures!) and I was not charged extra at all. This was just him trying to make more money. Finally, he started making the design (3 very simple lines going across, literally one of the simplest they had). He tried about 5 times and couldn’t manage to do it, so he said “I won’t do the design, it’s finished”. (I hadn’t complained at all about his design, he simply decided not to do it), which was so upsetting because the only reason why I chose 2 colours was because of the design. I tried to say that, but he refused and again told me to go somewhere else. I went there ready to pay 550kc as usual, plus the design, and he made me pay 650kc without any design. At the end I tried to tell him that it was not about the price, but about his attitude of charging me a lot more than usual without consulting me first, but he wouldn’t listen and kept talking over me, telling me to go somewhere else. I’ve been doing my nails in Prague for 3 years, and I was never treated so badly in a salon before. I’ve never even seen a place treating clients like this before. Really horrible experience. The only reason why I started going there recently is because they do my nails faster (about 20-30 min faster than other places), but that’s it - the quality is very much the same as other similar salons, so I am never going back. A complete rip off and worst treatment ever.
