★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dva bankomaty k vyberu a celkem pekny design zrekonstruovane pobocky.
Ale jinak ji trapi stejne neduhy jako vetsinu dalsich pobocek. V podstate nulovy pokus o prodej jakehokoliv produktu, nebo zajem o klienta.
Po asi 12 letech jsem rusil ucet a byl jsem pripraveny se bavit o tom, co by mi banka nabidla, abych zustal. Pani se dokonce i zeptala, proc si rusim ucet. Ale tim to skoncilo, takze ikdyz jsem tak trochu ocekaval nejakou nabidku, cokoliv.. Tak sam se vnucovat vazne nebudu.
Kazdopadne diky za 12 let relativni spokojenosti :)
Two ATMs to choose from and pretty nice design refurbished branch.
But otherwise, she suffers the same ailments as most other branches. Essentially zero attempt to sell any product or interest in a client.
After about 12 years, I broke my account and was ready to talk about what the bank offered me to stay with. She even asked me why I was going to earn a credit. But it ended, so I was a bit expecting some offer, anything .. So I will not force myself.
Anyway, thanks to 12 years of relative satisfaction :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bankomaty jsou vypnuté. Byl jsem tu uz dvakrát o víkendu a nic. Sice je je tam napsáno výběry nonstop ale tim zřejmě firma myslí nonstop nikdy. Zvažuji odchod k jiné bance.
ATMs are off. I've been here twice on the weekend and nothing. Although it is written there non-stop selections but the company probably thinks nonstop never. I'm considering going to another bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragická pobočka. 30minut tam člověk musí sedět aby si něco zařídil. 10 minut vám kontrolují osobní údaje než dojdete vůbec k tématu.
Tragic Branch. You have to sit there for 30 minutes to arrange something. 10 minutes are checked for personal information before you reach the topic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem byl zrušit transakční účet na předem domluvené schůzce s paní Druhanovou a byl jsem mile překvapen. Profesionální přístup, diskrétnost a rychlost vyřízení požadavku byly příkladné. Zároveň mi nebyl vnucován žádný produkt, ale zároveň jsem se cítil jako plnohodnotný klient banky, ačkoli jsem šel zrušit jen účet.
Today I was to cancel the transaction account at a pre-arranged meeting with Mrs. Druhanová and I was pleasantly surprised. The professional approach, confidentiality and promptness of the request were exemplary. At the same time, no product was imposed on me, but at the same time I felt like a full-fledged client of the bank, although I only went to cancel my account.
