Zároveň Era centrum a Czech POINT. Prostě kompletní zákaznické centrum. Nice environment, calling system, seating benches, drinking water, toilets, many counters, plus cash desks and reception with information. At the same time Era Center and Czech POINT. Simply a complete customer center.

Pokud by bylo obráceně, nedoplatili bychom se my jako klienti na úrocích a pokutách!! Nedoporučuji. From building societies never anything! P	Petr Švec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud chcete přijít o peníze, čas, nervy a zdraví, určitě doporučuji tuto neochotnou a neschopnou společnost, díky které se z vás stanou dlužníci, avšak peníze nepošlou, jelikož budou chtít další a další potvrzení a nesmysly, a to co jim dodáte, ve finále nestačí. Nedoporučuji. Pokud jste soudní a máte rádi sebe a svoje zdraví, vyhněte se těmto prolhaným šmejdům obloukem. Horší jednání jsem v životě nezažil. M	Michal Plecháček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neschopný klientský servis. Opakovaně mi neodepsali na jednoduchý dotaz ohledně ceny předčasného ukončení smlouvy. Mimo centrálu mají jen bandu rádoby poradců a ti tvrdí každý něco jiného. Po upozornění, že za ty prachy co si účtují by měli makat trochu jinak jen arogance a ještě větší neochota. Jsem neskutečně rád, že mám stavebko i s úvěrem jinde a s touhle bandou musím komunikovat jen jako pomoc příteli, který se u nich z mladické blbosti upsal. Jestli ještě můžete, tak se tomuto ústavu vyhněte opravdu velikánským obloukem! Absolutely incompetent customer service. Výhružné dopisy si mě ale našly pokaždé. Trn. I have been paying as an accessor for 11 years and I have never received a statement. Only threats to execute property and a very lax approach. No willingness to work with me. But the threatening letters always found me. Thorn.
J	Jakub Zakouřil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem velice překvapen, jak se Českomoravská stavební spořitelna chová ke svým klientům, kteří žádají o předčasné doplacení úvěru ze stavebního spoření. Po sepsání žádosti na pobočce mi bylo sděleno, že mi domů přijde zhruba za 14 dnů dopis s vyčíslením zůstatku. Když po měsíci dopis nepřicházel, vypravil jsem se znovu na pobočku s žádostí o prověření, co se děje s mojí žádostí. Na pobočce mi bylo sděleno, že mi vyčíslení zůstatku ze strany stavební spořitelny bylo odesláno, ale odesílá se pouze obyčejnou poštou a není tak možné dopis dohledat. Dále mi pracovnice na přepážce sdělila, že další žádost je zpoplatněna částkou 1.500,- Argumentace, že jsem podepsal obchodní podmínky ve kterých je napsáno že mohou komunikovat se zákazníky obyčejnou poštou je směšná....pochopil bych, že budou chtít poplatek např. 100,- který pokryje náklady na další odeslání dopisu, ale 1.500,- je absurdní. Takže pokud máte nespolehlivou pošťačku, připravte si hodně peněz. ČMSS už nikdy a pokud Vám jde o to být referenční, tak v mém okolí určitě budete!!!! When the letter did not come after a month, I went to the office again to check what was going on with my request. At the branch I was told that the calculation of the balance of the building society was sent, but is sent only by ordinary mail and it is not possible to trace the letter. Furthermore, the counter worker told me that another application fee is 1.500, - Argumentation that I signed the terms and conditions in which it is written that they can communicate with customers by ordinary mail is ridiculous .... , - which will cover the cost of posting a letter, but 1,500, - is absurd. So if you have an unreliable postman, get a lot of money. ČMSS will never and if you are interested in being a reference, you will definitely be in my neighborhood !!!!

Jeden úvěr na rekonstrukci nemovitosti trvá už skoro měsíc na schválení a přitom dodatečné podklady posílám obratem v ten samý den. Kvůli Vám ted se mi ted zkompikoval proces stěhování. Přátelům určitě tuto instituci nebudu doporučovat. The worst approval process in the whole Czech Republic. One loan for the reconstruction of a property has been taking almost a month to approve, and I am sending additional documents on the same day. Because of you, the moving process has now been complicated for me. I will definitely not recommend this institution to friends.

Datovou schránku prý využívají pouze na komunikaci s úřady, všechno se musí řešit je jejich "poradci". Zkušenosti se zrušením čehokoliv velmi špatně. Hlavně že sjednání produktů je možné online.... An institution that does not allow electronic termination of contracts ... They allegedly use the data box only for communication with the authorities, everything must be dealt with by their "advisers". Experience with canceling anything very wrong. Mainly that product negotiation is possible online ....
