Trochu jsem byl sklamaný, ale trochu mi trvalo než jsem situaci vstřebal, tak moje recenze nebyla korektní. Při druhé návštěvě bylo vše jinak, doporučení od p. Lemčáka bylo na úrovni a pro mě velmi výhodné ochotně vše do podrobna vysvětleno, tak aby mě bylo vše jasné. Ani jsem nečekal dlouho a bylo vše vyřízeno. Dávám pět ⭐ ?. Vřele doporučuji. Mám 3 účty u 3 bank, ale poprvé se setkávám s někým, kdo takhle uráží zákazníka. I když jsou splněny všechny požadované podmínky.Nevyškolená pracovnice na přepážce, to už je jen poslední hřebíček. Úročení účtu v době inflace? O tom si nechte jenom zdát. I absolutely do not recommend. Polish bank with Polish approach. First they promise a bonus to a new account and then they come up with everything they can so they don't have to pay out the bonus. I was unable to access my funds and none of the employees could help my cause. They also ask you for additional legal documents not required by other banks. The layout of the mobile app after the rework is the most confusing I've seen in a bank. I never spent less than 10 minutes in the call center. 5 minutes of talking to a robot and 5 minutes on hold. If you are looking to open a regular account, check out equabank, they have better rates for everything and they're just around the corner.
