Nejenom, že kvůli jednomu podpisu musíte v roce 2022 na pobočku, ale ještě tam čekáte 30 minut s lístečkem, aby vám pak řekli, že už to nestihnou. Zlaté "netradiční" banky.
Not only do you have to go to the branch in 2022 because of one signature, but you still have 30 minutes with a ticket to tell you that they won't make it. Gold "non-traditional" banks.

Byla jsem objednána na 9 h. Dorazila jsem o 2 min dříve. Hned 2 pracovnice na mě štěkly, že mají ještě zavřeno. Kdyby alespoň řekly nejdřív slušně "Dobrý den, omlouváme se, ale..." - vzala bych to jinak. Ale slušné způsoby dámám zde chybí. Ve spořitelně by se mi to nestalo. Tam mě vezmou, i když přijdu chviličku dříve nebo 5 min před uzavírací dobou.

Nejhorší bankovní pobočka na které jsem kdy byl. Čekám hodinu aby mi bylo řečeno, že mě nevezmou. Místní personál raději přijímá lidi ma vytváření účtů než aby se starali o své současné klienty. Hodnocení bych dal 0 ale bohužel nižší již nejde dát! Vyhnout se obloukem.
The worst bank branch I've ever been to. I'm waiting an hour to be told they won't take me. Local staff prefer to hire people and create accounts rather than take care of their current clients. I would give a rating of 0, but unfortunately it is no longer possible to give a lower one! Avoid the arc.

I used the cash machine to withdraw k3000 and was given a k1000 and k2000 note. Bank refused to change k2000 note into smaller denominations and staff member was not at all helpful.

I contacted my premium banker more than a month ago with the request to close my accounts. Since then, I have been ignored, I often received incomplete or inconsistent information, sent around between different people. I have spent more than 15 hours trying to figure out what I need to do in order to close this account. I have traveled to the Czech embassy in Berlin to validate a document which later was found to be invalid. I have made over 20 phone calls. Still, there is no end in sight. This is kafkaesque. In comparison, I was able to close my Airbank account with a couple of clicks online in less than 5 minutes. If you want to avoid such suffering and keep your sanity, please stay away from CSOB as far as you can. To me, this feels like the worst customer service in the history of humankind.

The ATM from inside the bank was not working properly ( I tried to withdraw 1000CZK, I didn't receive the cash but I got an sms confirmation that the amount was debited from my account) so I called the Help Line and I also told this problem to several bank employees, asking them to mark the ATM as "Not functional" and avoid tricking other customers. The lady from the info desk very impolitely turned the back on me because she was not speaking English. I insisted that the ATM should be marked as "Not functional" but the answer I got was: "This ATM works for some people and doesn't work for others. We've got just 3 reclamations today". Apparently this is not enough. While I've waited 2 hours for my turn in the line (because it was full of customers inside the bank but only one desk open for non-cash transactions), I saw more than 5 frustrated customers trying to unsuccessfully withdraw money from that ATM...
