PAPRIKA - Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar

I used to LOVE this place. Until last week, when I decided to show this place to my boyfriend that has never visited it before, and my explanation to him was that the taste and portion are amazing and one of my favorite. Few minutes went, we were happy and all and we ordered Vegan meal for two. We excused ONE STAFF on friday evening working alone with full restaurant of people, which I dont understand the reason of this. I was happily eating my food and then I found MEAT in the VEGAN meal. Me as whole life vegetarian had huge shock, how this can happen? I tried to solve with the staff, she apologised and said, we have the food on house. Before apologising, they tried to tell me it is not meat, but this is meat in 1000%, after I told them it is, then suddenly thry didnt say it. This was also embarassing from good rated restaurant. I was honestly disgusted and it ruined my evening. As compensation, they said the owner will contact me and they offer me vouchers and explain what happened. Vouchers never came, nobody cares and nobody called me. Unfortunatelly, this was my last visit in this place, even tho I loved it. All vegans and vegetarians be careful when ordering fries/ vegan option, the meat was mixed in the fries! So probably made in the same machine or place as meat, I cant tell. For me not safe and I saw also another review claiming it happened to a lady 3x. I asked the staff, why did they apologised and not the chef, as probably he was serving it, she said they are team and said, the food is made in thr morning or something like that, so I am little confused with the freshness of the meals, because it sounded like they dont have cook there and they are preparing the meals by themselves, which is shocking if it is like that. From czech food policy, food has to be fresh and cant wait the whole day till 20:00, when we came. I am just really dissapointed.

I was there for dinner with friend and our visite was great! The food was perfect and hummus was one of the best, what I have ever had! Seating place is nice and pleasantly. Servis need little more of practice but there are very kind.

Lovely place, I am gluten allergic and their dishes are naturally gluten free. ♥️ The best falafel in Prague in my opinion. It’s quite cosy, service is friendly. Highly recommend.

I come here often.Either with my bf or my friends. Unlike the I.P. Pavlova location which is mostly for takeout, there are plenty of tables to sit at here. The food is healthy, lots of veg options, really delicious, comes fast and is reasonably priced. I also appreciate that they have hired waiters/waitresses as I think it makes the place more classier ( ex. vibes like Vapiano but without the awkward waiting for the food and then carrying it yourself.)All of the staff are really attentive and welcoming. The last time I went with my friends I received excellent service, especially from the waitress with long blonde hair.

Very nice place. You can’t see it from the outside but it’s pretty big and beautiful. It has some lights and plants so I liked the decoration. The food is delicious and it doesn’t take much. It’s a lot of food for what you pay so I think the price is just fine. Would def come back.

Food's great, a mix of many cultures, like greek, iraqi and palestinian food. Atmosphere is nice, staff as well and so friendly, they pay so much attention to you and asks regularly if everything is good which makes it very special. One of the best restaurants for the ratio quality/price. 5 stars well deserved.

The food was great ( delicious hummus!) but the service was even better. The waiter who served us was very kind and was able to speak to speak at least 5 languages! Great lunch and even greater service. Will totally come back!

What a celebration of color tastes and joy! This place is ultimately incredible; every dish that leaves the kitchen is packed with Mediterranean tastes mixed with love and care and garnished with stunning looks. If you visit Prague and don’t visit this restaurant, you would regret it - they do deliveries through the popular apps, but for the actual experience you have to get there and sit there and field experience fully. 10/10, totally worth it.
