★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was my first experience with PRE, people at this branch were friendly and polite. The lady on the ground floor guided me to the top floor for electricity related issues. The lady at the desk was very polite but unfortunately, didn't speak english. She kindly called for assistance and Ondrej came to assist. He was very polite and professional, he explained everything to me in details. Very good customer service. I wish all PRE branches to be like that.
