Velmi špatná organizace a komunikace společnosti. Zmatené interní procesy, kdy ani zaměstnanci nejsou schopni/neumí/neví vyřídit. Jeden vám řekne že to jde, druhý ne. Jeden požadavek musíte řešit s jedním telefonním číslem, druhý s jiným atd. Nefunkční služby zákaznického portálu. Např. změna výše zálohy musí schvalovat člověk (proč?), a jde udělat jen jednou. Pak vás systém nepustí. Bohužel ani po velmi dlouhé době nekomunikují, případně odpovídají na zcela jiné věci, než je požadavek. Vyplníte formulář s objednávkou přechodu a na lince vám řeknou, že se k němu nedostanou, že musíte vyplnit papírovou podobu. Po třech měsících nemám podepsané smlouvy. Korunu nasadili zprávou odeslanou na všechny zákazníky, že zvyšují cenu elektřiny a do těla zapíšou, že se netýká zákazníků s dodatkem. PPAS -tak jim takový email vůbec neposílejte. Volá mi pak celá rodina (a samozřejmě i vám) jestli se jich změna týká či nikoli. PS. Za dlouhodobé zahlcení si můžete bohužel sami svými procesy sami. Jiní operátoři vše zvládly velmi jednoduše a efektivně.
Very poor organization and communication of the company. Confused internal processes, when even employees are not able / can't / can't handle it. One will tell you it works, the other will not. You have to deal with one request with one phone number, the other with another, etc. Broken customer portal services. E.g. A change in the amount of the deposit must be approved by the person (why?), and can only be done once. Then the system won't let you go. Unfortunately, even after a very long time, they do not communicate or respond to completely different things than the requirement. You fill out a form with a transfer order and they will tell you on the line that they will not get to it, that you have to fill out a paper form. I don't have signed contracts after three months. They crowned the crown with a message sent to all customers that they were increasing the price of electricity and writing in the body that it did not apply to customers with a supplement. PPAS - so don't send them such an email at all. Then the whole family (and of course you) calls me if the change concerns them or not. PS. Unfortunately, you can blame yourself for your long-term congestion. Other operators managed everything very simply and efficiently.

Komunikace naprosto otřesná, požadavek u kterého tvrdí že je doba vyřízení 2 dny visí v zákaznickém centru už měsíc. Od chvíle, co jsem v novém bytě zdědil smlouvu s touto společností řeším pořád nějaké problémy. Zvláštní, že všude jinde to jde... Snažím se normálně jednat slušně ale vypadá to, že si budu muset opět udělat výlet na pobočku. To je fakt jak za socíku :D Vítejte v 21. století... Sice se vymlouvají na zahlcení zákazníky BPI ale po 2 měsících to bude spíš o jejich neschopnosti. Tragédie
The communication is absolutely appalling, a request that claims that the processing time is 2 days has been hanging in the customer center for a month. Ever since I inherited the contract with this company in my new apartment, I have been solving some problems. Strange that it works everywhere else ... I try to act decently normally, but it looks like I'm going to have to take a trip to the branch again. This is really the case: D Welcome to the 21st century ... Although BPI customers excuse themselves to be overwhelmed, but after 2 months it will be more about their incompetence. Tragedy

English menu exist and it is a plus for foreigners, BUT number which you receive from English menu, being skipped at least 8-9 times. for example if you have number 3: numbers in queue goes 1,2, 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 and finally 3...

Totally incompetent company - first their call center person told me I can cancel anytime without penalty before the expiry of my current contract, now I called again to confirm, the employee told me they won't tell me anything over phone, I have to come in person or send request via post. I asked them what's the point of having a call center then. Turns out the first employee was wrong, I missed the 30 day deadline. Whatever, I'll pay the 3000 CZK to get out of the contract with a company that has incompetent rude employees like this and go elsewhere. Shame
