Přímo na této pobočce na vás ti kravaťáci koukají jak na obtížný hmyz, jsou to totiž velcí byznysmeni, takže pokud nemáte pár stovek míčů, tak tam ani nechoďte. Terrible experience. Pod záminkou vstupu do nového webového prostředí jsem po sms podepsal smlouvu, která znamenala předání celého portfolia do jejich správy. Bylo mi divné, že letech přestali volat, až po x měsích jsem zjistil, že cca 20 % ptf "projedli" a téměř vše velmi nevýhodně proinvestovali. Do dnešního dne neodpověděli na dotaz týkající se okolností podpisu smlouvy a proto budu podávat podmět finančnímu arbitrovi - mají v obchodních podmínkách lhůtu na písemnou odpověď, přesto ji neváhají porušit a neobtěžují se vůbec ozvat. Spolupráci nedoporučuji, snaží se jen prodat produkt, kde mají provizi. Jejich pracovníci reálně o investovaní nic neví, jsou něco jako prodavači hrnců. Pokud se jim podaří vklad zhodnotit, zhodnocení padne na poplatky. Cyrrus nepovažuji za seriózní společnost, konec konců zdejší hodnocení mluví za vše. Sad experience. If they manage to evaluate the deposit, the evaluation will fall on fees. I don't consider Cyrrus a serious company, after all, the reviews here speak for themselves.

Spolupráci považuji pro mne za přínosnou především v následujícím: - došlo k seznámení se a využívání investičních instrumentů typu certifikátů a ETF. Považuji je za nástroje s šancí na slušný (byť ne astronomický) výnos při poměrně malém riziku. Nemám souhrnný přehled o výnosech či ztrátách z jednotlivých realizovaných investic, nicméně výnosy jasně převládaly,. - vysoce oceňuji časté poskytovaní aktuálních ekonomických informací či investičních tipů formou webinářů, článků na webu, společenských akcí. U klientů to zvyšuje úroveň znalostí a snižuje rizika chybných reakcí v současných turbulentních časech. Podstatným faktorem mé pozitivní zkušenosti se společností Cyrrus je pan Petr Němec, který byl po celou dobu mým makléřem. Považuji jej za erudovaného, zodpovědného a důvěryhodného profesionála. Rychle pochopil moje potřeby a preference, jakož i možnosti, Iniciativně přicházel s návrhy na vhodné nákupy. Vždy uspokojivě dokázal zodpovědět moje dotazy. Za důležité považuji rychlý přenos informací od analytiků s doporučením vhodného dalšího postupu, Rovněž oceňuji pravidelné hodnocení situace na trzích s ohledem na konkrétní portfolium. For clients, this increases the level of knowledge and reduces the risk of erroneous reactions in today's turbulent times. An important factor in my positive experience with Cyrrus is Mr. Petr Němec, who has been my broker all along. I consider him an erudite, responsible and trustworthy professional. Quickly understood my needs and preferences, as well as options, Initiatively came up with suggestions for suitable purchases. He was always able to answer my questions satisfactorily. I consider it important to transfer information quickly from analysts with recommendations for appropriate further action. I also appreciate the regular assessment of the situation on the markets with regard to a specific portfolio.
