★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samostatné překážky CzechPointu. Nemusíte tedy stát ve frontě k těm poštovním a na rozdíl o nich tomu i rozumějí. Vše bylo vždy během chvilky vyřízeno.
Separate obstacles to CzechPoint. So you do not have to stand in the queue to the postal and they understand it. Everything was always done in no time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesená zkušenost. Nedoporučuji! Po dlouhé čekací době jsem se s panem na přepážce musel nepříjemně pohádat abych si odnesl výpis z katastru nemovitostí. Pan mi řekl (a to bez legrace) já vám vidím na očích že žádný barák nemáte. Neuvěřitelné co je komu do toho co mám a nemám. Tento výpis má být poskytnut komukoliv kdo si ho vyžádá! Dále byl pan neschopný tento výpis vyhledat podle adresy na což měl na monitoru kolonky mesto, ulice, cp... Hrůza, děs pokud můžete, zvolte jinou pobočku pokud tak neučinite riskujete srážku s idiot*m

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za prvé, u přepážek stojí skupinka pracovníků a hlasitě si kecá o zážitcích z dovolené, když já musím křičet a zároveň vůbec neslysim paní za přepážkou. Za druhé, pracovníci zřejmě nebyli moc zaučení, jak se ověřuje elektronický podpis. Než paní pochopila co od ni potřebuju, uběhlo asi 5 minut. Za třetí, ani mi nevrátili flashku.
First of all, there is a group of workers standing at the counters, talking loudly about the holiday experience when I have to shout and at the same time I don't hear the lady behind the counter at all. Second, the staff apparently weren't much learned on how to verify an electronic signature. It took about 5 minutes for the lady to understand what I needed from her. Third, they didn't even return the flash to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Místo je sice oddělené, ale po té co lidé odešli od přepážky, tak následujících 15 minut se nic nedělo a nikoho nevolali. Asi mají svačinu a to že čeká asi 6 lidí je nezajímá. Přes oběd se jim asi nechce pracovat, lepší je asi zvolit jiný termín.
The place is separate, but after the people left the counter, nothing happened for the next 15 minutes and no one was called. They probably have a snack and they are not interested in the fact that about 6 people are waiting. They probably don't want to work over lunch, it's better to choose another date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this CzechPoint many times for xyz notary service and have never had an issue. The staff in my experience doesn't speak any English but is patient with my rudimentary Czech (a relief considering how impatient staff at post offices can usually be).
