★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento obchod s obuví nedoporučuji. Kdysi jsem dětem (to ještě když měli obchod naproti , takový malinkatý) chtěla koupit boty. Paní prodavačka mě řekla že tam překážím, že tam nemůže chodit. Tak už jsem tam víckrát nešla. No nic jejich problém přišli o kšeft za 1600 Kč. Od té doby radši jedu k Beránkovi na Klatovskou. .. Nicméně když otevřeli naproti ( nevěděla jsem že je to ta stejná prodejna) nakoukla jsem s malou dovnitř že bych jí koupila boty tady, paní prodavačka byla hned u nás a prý “ přejete si?” Říkám děkuji zatím vybíráme, a paní prodavačka oči v sloup, takže jsem se otočila na podpatku a jela k Beránkovi kde jsem koupila za 2500 a obskakovali nás jako by jsme nakoupili za desetitisíce.. Nooo nic teď už chodím půl roku jen obloukem a budu pořád radši ?

I say thank you so far we choose, and the saleswoman's eyes in the pillar, so I turned on my heel and went to the Lamb where I bought for 2500 and skipped us as if we bought for tens of thousands .. rather ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor!!!!! Vymena v tomto obchode - boty Ellie Doubravka NENI MOZNA z higienickych duvodu!!! Nas dedecek koupil vnucce zimni boty jako darek a druhy den jsme je chteli vymenit, protoze je kvuli vysokemu nartu ani nenazula. Boty byly nikdy nenazute a privedli jsme i vnucku jako dukaz. Nesetkali jsme se s minimalni dobrou vuli obchodnika zbozi vymenit, nebo nam jejich higienicke duvody nemoznosti vraceni alepson vysvetlit. Pani prodavacka absolutne nevi, co to je zakaznicky servis a komunikace se zakaznikem. Horsi pristup jsem jeste nezazila. Vse je o lidech. Na Slovanech jsou k zakaznikum super, vyhybejte se obchodu na Doubravce. Uz se tam nikdy nevratime! Mimo otresny pristup pani prodavacky by mel vedouci obchodu prehodnotit pravidla vraceni, protoze prichazi o mnoho zakazniku, kteri by zbozi koupili jako darek.
Attention!!!!! Exchange in this shop - Ellie Doubravka shoes NOT POSSIBLE for hygienic reasons !!! Our grandfather bought his grandson's winter boots as a gift and we wanted to change them the next day because they didn't even make them because of the high skid. The shoes were never worn and we brought our granddaughter as proof. We have not met with the minimal goodwill of the merchant to exchange the goods, or to explain their hygienic reasons for the impossibility of returning alepson. The saleswoman absolutely does not know what customer service and communication with the customer is. I haven't seen a worse approach yet. It's all about people. They are great for customers in Slovany, avoid the shop in Doubravka. We will never go back there! In addition to the saleswoman's shocking approach, the store manager should reconsider the return rules, as he loses many customers who would buy the goods as a gift.
