★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupil jsem zde parkovacího asistenta, po několika měsících však přestalo fungovat jedno čidlo. Zajel jsem na reklamaci v záruční době a poté co to prohlédli mě objednali na výměnu s tím, že mám přivézt záruční list.
Ten jsem přivezl, reklamaci přijali, čidlo vyměnili, nicméně když jsem si přišel pro auto, postavili mě před hotovou věc, že za čidlo i výměnu mám zaplatit.
Poté co jsem řekl, že tento postup se mi nelíbí, začal být jeden z prodavačů hrubý. Sdělil mi, že jsem se měl zeptat, zdali to bude záruční oprava nebo ne a že na "vysírky" tam nejsou zvědaví. Pod tlakem jsem zaplatil část jejich částky, ale už se tam rozhodně nevrátím.
Překvapuje mě, že v tomto sortimentu, kde je velká konkurence, si někdo může takové jednání ještě dovolit.
I bought a parking assistant here, but after a few months, one sensor stopped working. I went to the warranty claim and after seeing it ordered me to exchange it to bring the warranty card.
I brought it, accepted the complaint, replaced the sensor, but when I came for the car, they put me in front of the finished thing that the sensor and replacement to pay.
After I said I didn't like this, one of the salesmen became rude. He told me that I should have asked whether it would be a warranty repair or not and that they were not curious about the "radio". Under pressure I paid part of their amount, but I will definitely not go back there.
I am surprised that in this range, where there is a lot of competition, someone can still afford such behavior.
