★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy těmto lidem neprodávejte telefon. Jsou velmi špatné. Na svých stránkách říkají jednu cenu, ale když je čas dát peníze za váš telefon, zavolají nějakému chlápkovi (nějakému idiotovi technikovi), který řekne jinou nižší cenu, aniž by zařízení viděl.
Například váš telefon je na jejich webu za 5000 Kč, "geniální technik" řekne 4500 Kč. Bez udání důvodu, proč dávají o 500 Kč méně. Telefon v perfektním stavu (1 měsíc starý) s veškerým originálním příslušenstvím a v originální krabici.
Velmi reálná rada, do Mobilprovas už nikdy nechoďte. Stačí jít na Mobil Pohotovost, když chcete něco prodat. Cena, kterou uvádějí na webu, je skutečná cena, kterou dají za vaše zařízení.
 Never sell your phone to these people. They are very bad. They say one price on their site, but when it's time to put money on your phone, they call a guy (an idiot technician) who says another lower price without seeing the device.
For example, your phone is on their website for CZK 5,000, a "genius technician" says CZK 4,500. Without giving a reason why they give 500 CZK less. Phone in perfect condition (1 month old) with all original accessories and in the original box.
Very real advice, never go to Mobilprovas again. Just go to Mobile Emergency if you want to sell something. The price they give on the web is the actual price they give for your device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto zmatená firma a servis. Po opakovaném dotazu vás nejdřív emailem ujišťují, že na opravu mého konkrétního telefonu platí záruka 12 měsíců (Jakub H.). Po dotazu po telefonu, kolik bude stát výměna baterie, mi vstřícná paní sdělí 500 Kč. Dále mi (jak na prodejně u Tesca v Brně, tak
i tato paní) potvrdili, že telefon stačí donést dopoledne a stihne se výměna baterie. Tak si vše naplánuju, zálohuju telefon, vše zařídím, a ouha, na "expresním" servise, i když to donesu před polednem (zavírají 16:45) se to prý dnes už nestihne, oprava (výměna) stojí najednou 700 Kč a navíc žádnou záruku za výměnu / servis nedají, jelikož se telefon otevírá "přes display" (který ne?), a tak může display prasknout. A za nic neruší. Ne, díky, u vás jsem byl naposled, příšerné. Ztráta mnoha hodin času. DR
Absolutely confused company and service. After a repeated inquiry, you will first be assured by email that a 12-month warranty applies to the repair of my specific phone (Jakub H.). When asked by phone, how much it will cost to replace the battery, the helpful lady will tell me CZK 500. Then I (both at the Tesco store in Brno and
even this lady) confirmed that it is enough to bring the phone in the morning and the battery will be replaced. So I plan everything, back up my phone, arrange everything, and hey, at the "express" service, even if I bring it before noon (they close at 4:45 pm) it is said that it will not be possible today, the repair (replacement) costs CZK 700 at a time, and moreover no they do not guarantee replacement / service, as the phone opens "via the display" (which doesn't?), so the display may crack. And it doesn't interfere with anything. No, thanks, I was with you last time, awful. Loss of many hours of time. DR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No reccomand! I buy a cheap mobile phone from the store located on Tabor area,and because i was not sattisfayed next day i want to change it. The guy from the shop he dosent want ( think that if im not czech i don't know the law of Czech Republic). The phone was in guaranty. DON'T BUY FROM "MOBILEPROVAS" (Tabor)! I have a friend who also buy a phone from them and he want to change it,and the guys from shop don't change it. Scammers✍️
