★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super ochotný personál, na eshopu se stala chyba, objednal jsem zboží za velice nízkou cenu, personál na pobočce se mi ale rozhodl zboží vydat a já tak ušetřil přes deset tisíc!! Jsou to frajeři! Navíc mi pán ochotně poradil i při výběru čističky vzduchu pro přítelkyni... Absolutní spokojenost!!
Super helpful staff, there was a mistake in the e-shop, I ordered the goods for a very low price, but the staff at the branch decided to give me the goods and I saved over ten thousand !! They are guys! In addition, the master willingly advised me in choosing an air purifier for my girlfriend ... Absolute satisfaction !!

Co se ale týče procesu dodání postele, otřesná zkušenost. Na doručení postele jsem čekal 3 měsíce. Nikdo se mnou nekomunikoval, musel jsem neustále sám zjišťovat stav objednávky. Prý stěhovali sklady a moje objednávka někde uvízla. Nikomu se to nechtělo řešit. Nebudu zabíhat do detailů, protože bych popsal stranu A4 textu. Jednoduše shrnuto - tuto společnost nedoporučuji. Jedno vím jistě - zde už nikdy nebudu nakupovat. Škoda, že nejde dát i 0 hvězdiček z 5.
The bed as such, when they delivered it to me, all right.
But when it comes to the bed delivery process, it's a horrible experience. I waited 3 months for the bed to be delivered. No one communicated with me, I had to constantly check the status of the order myself. They allegedly moved warehouses and my order got stuck somewhere. Nobody wanted to deal with it. I will not go into details because I would describe page A4 of the text. Simply put - I do not recommend this company. I know one thing for sure - I will never shop here again. Too bad it can't be given 0 stars out of 5.
