Denně kolem ní chodím do práce, aniž bych si jí všimnul, když jednou kamarád, který žije v Amsterodamu a u mně jen přespával, tu zakoupil nabíječku za skvělou cenu. Dva týdny nato mě kolegyně z práce vyslala do krámku pro ovladač. Vypadá to na hodně flexibilní nabídku a zkušený personál (myslím, že jsem mluvil přímo s panem majitelem) a hlavně skvělé ceny.

It looks like a very flexible offer and experienced staff (I think I spoke directly with the owner) and especially great prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zboží za super cenu, skladem. Jediné co mi vadí je trochu otrávena obsluha - trochu úsměvu by neuskočilo, ale nemohu soudit jaké problémy má personál. Dále bych ocenil trochu organizovanější prodejnu. Cena zboží je ale výborná.
DOPLNĚNÍ 4.7.2017 - Reklamoval jsem zboží, vyřízeno do 5 pracovních dní, super přístup. Díky a doporučuji!
Goods at a great price, in stock. The only thing that bothers me is a little annoyed staff - a little smile would not jump, but I can not judge what problems the staff has. Furthermore, I would appreciate a slightly more organized store. But the price of the goods is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkušenost z e-shopu - zboží dodáno a správně, informovanost však velmi nízká. O údaje k platbě jsem si v rámci bankovního převodu musela žádat sama. Informaci o odeslání jsem sice obdržela, ale v jaký den či jakou službou bude dodáno, to již nikoliv. Zákaznický servis? Tak bych tomu neříkala. Jakmile zmíníte, že se něco nelíbí či dodatečně potřebujete, obratem útočí a musíte počkat než kdo bude mít čas. Zde jsem nakupovala naposledy, byť jsou zde výhodou nízké ceny.
Experience from the e-shop - goods delivered and correctly, but awareness very low. I had to request payment details by bank transfer myself. I received the information about the shipment, but on which day or by which service it will be delivered, it is no longer. Customer service? I wouldn't call it that. As soon as you mention that you don't like something or you need it additionally, it immediately attacks and you have to wait until who has time. The last time I shopped here, although there is the advantage of low prices.
