★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevim jak je to ted, ale v 2016 roce byla jsem prekvapena, ze pani Eva Smrkovska doporucuje kojit jenom do 6 mesicu (byla u mne na poporodni navsteve).
Take kdyz jsem parkrat zrusila lekci jogy tak byla na mne velice zla - nebylo to prijemne
I don't know how it is now, but in 2016 I was surprised that Mrs. Eva Smrkovska recommends breastfeeding only for 6 months (she was at my postpartum visit).
Also, when I canceled my yoga lesson, it was very bad for me - it was not pleasant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant place not only to exercise but also to socialize and learn useful information about pregnancy. Staff are friendly and helpful and trainers speak English. Beauty services are well adapted to needs and limitations of pregnant woman.
