D	Daria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had appointment at 13:45 , rescheduled by the lady that called me one day before and said to come 13:45, which I did. I go there they say my appointment was at 13:30, obviously they took the other person and told me to wait , I waited 40 min , then doctor comes out and tells me to go for coffee because they have another patient, i can't wait forever , I have work to do !!! In total i waited 1 hour and no check. I made the appointment 3 weeks before because they were fully booked and then I go there and they don't take me !!! Also, when the lady called she asked what i want and then i clearly said i want a filling , not a consultation because apparently they had only 30 min for me.

I've needed quite a lot of work and I'm always amazed at the extremely high standard of care and the low prices. I don't live in Prague anymore but I still come here to see my dentist. I've kept my smile because of this dentist. Brilliant!
F	Fox Travel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my experience,unfortunately I have to say I dont feel safe and trust in this clinic and will not come there anymore. I went to mr Rakusan for teeth cleaning and he adviced me to cover one tooth with a crown (tooth did not bother me at all ) he said also that the tooth channels are not cleaned well until the end and he will re-clean channels prior to cover it with crown. During the procedure I had suddenly a. strong pain and he had to add more anastezia.Next day it felt ok just a little pain when I touch the tooth but the next day it started suddenly a very strong pain and it was a long weekend. I tried to text to the doctor but he replied only 20h later and just told me to take ibuprofen (which I took already 4 and it did not help at all) After 24h of strong pain and horrible non sleeping night I had to find a doctor that would be able to take me for emergency in this long weekend. The xray shown there is a part of broken tool(niddle) deep into the channel. The tool was broken and left in the channel during this cleaning of channel and proviked huge inflammation. I was given antibiotics and very strong pain killers in the other clinic and have to take now much longer time for treat this issue.
s	soo y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a crown treatment by Doktor Rakusan. He is a cool friendly guy on one hand. But professional? Seems on the other hand not taking things seriously. The crown did not fit in between the other teeth. I had to go back once more. But he insisted nothing wrong and blamed me to be too pessimistic. Now on the bright side, I am flossing almost after every time I eat any meat because it is easy for something to get between that crown and my real original teeth. And not to mention, why is the nurse so talkative to the doctor during the treatment procedure? Seems like they are enjoying some chats while me on the chair with dental tools in my mouth
A	Amine Sanhaji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in prague for almost a year and I had multiple problems(most of my teeths had holes, one moving crown, and a lost filling. As a foreigner, it was very hard to find an english speaking dentist in Prague, and some will even charge you for that! I met Dr Rakusan 3 months ago, and he is an amazing doctor. Instead of extracting rotten teeth, he saved my natural teeth and fixed most of my problems. I'm also getting a new crown that looks way more better than the older one. This is what I consider a real dentist! Prices are reasonable, no pain(very effective anesthetics), and friendly service. I strongly recommend! Also I wanted to point out that the waiting room has an amazing aquarium. I personally love the sea and I couldn't stop staring at it!
