A	Anastasiya Teplinsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across notino through their website and made an online order thinking I would get it before catching my flight but unfortunately the delivery got delayed so I had to cancel it. I came physically to the store and the place is amazing with super friendly staff. I tried to find the same stuff I ordered through the website but had some trouble so I came to ask for help from Yuliana which explained that some of the products are available only from the website and was very informative. She then proceeded to help me with checking out my products and was very delightful. Overall I'm a little bummed out by the online experience and the lack of products in the store which are available online but the in-store experience totally made up for it.

R	RV L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am quite dissatisfied by Notino. This place is not well organised. I was picking up a package, personal is just chit-chatting with each other. No one asked, if I need any help, I went to the cashier, however I found out that people were standing there a line with bills already. It took me a while to find, where I should go to get it. That place is not visible from the entrance or cashiers. I found boards, put my order number there and got my bill. Honestly, it felt really cheap. Boards gave me similar expression like McDonald would. For products price, this is quite unacceptable. I know a few makeup sellers, that do this but you can find there someone who is helpful. Lady behind counter was nice, but other suff seemed unprofessional. I am definitely not buying anything again from this reseller.
