I have never commented on services in public, etc., but now I have been forced to do so. I am totally disappointed with the approach to the customer from the surgery. I had an appointment booked half a year in advance. Today, the day I had an appointment, I called the doctor's office to specify the hour. The lady at the reception told me that she had already written me an SMS and that I had canceled the deadline for 12 o'clock. I told her that no one had written to me, and secondly I had not canceled the deadline, and also that I had not been ordered at 12 noon. It turned out that the lady had mistaken the last name. But the fact that I was ordered for a specific day and hour and her bad work canceled the deadline, she didn't care at all. The deadline is canceled and the end! As a toothache, she offered to order me for another day, among those already ordered, but I have to reckon with the fact that I will wait a long time. I said I didn't agree with that. It's incomprehensible to me to cancel someone's deadline, and still offer no replacement with the fact that I don't prefer it to others. I threw advice at the dentist, he is very nice and careful, unfortunately the quality of the surgery is not the same as it was a few years ago, when the customer was still important to the doctor. And it's a real shame. This is just about quantity and not quality 

I am extremely satisfied with the doctor. She's the first dentist I fully trust and I'm not afraid of. She is very careful, careful and talks to you about everything.

We were completely satisfied with Mrs. Ms. Pospíšilová. She was very careful and gentle. The boys were not afraid to go to her. I'm so sorry the doctor is leaving. I was at the doctor's once but everything was fine.
