Oceňuji příjemné prostředí a v neposlední řadě i čisté WC pro klienty, což nebývá vždy standardem. Clearly good surgery. It is a combination of professionalism and especially good behavior towards the patient (customer). I appreciate the pleasant environment and last but not least the clean toilet for clients, which is not always standard.

On November 23rd I received an sms that it was confirmed, hooray! They called me few hours before the appointment to cancel it again. So we rescheduled for January 7th. On January 4th they called me to cancel, telling me it was a coincidence that they canceled me for 3 times in a row. Simply ridiculous! Na dentální hygienu jsem měla termín na 2.11. Zavolali mi 1. listopadu, abych to zrušil. Dohodli jsme se na 24. listopadu. 23. listopadu mi přišla sms, že je to potvrzené, hurá! Zavolali mi několik hodin před schůzkou, aby ji znovu zrušili. Přeložili jsme se tedy na 7. ledna. 4. ledna mi zavolali, abych to zrušil, řekli mi, že to byla náhoda, že mě zrušili třikrát za sebou. Jednoduše směšné! So we moved to January 7th. On January 4, they called me to cancel, they told me it was a coincidence that they had canceled me three times in a row. Simply ridiculous!

Located in the city center, with very “work friendly” open hours and friendly and great staff I can only recommend it. My dentist is doctor Trocilova and she did such a great job. Definitely a place to try out if you are not only local but an expect looking for a quality dentist.
