Určitě pan posílal krabici v celku a sevsim v poratku ale krabice přišla ve stavu že bych se styděl to tak předat. Je vidět že se k tomu někdo choval jako prase, protože některé části uchytu jsou ulomeny. Tímto přepravci děkuji. Určitě přes tuto společnost nic neposlu. I ordered the car lights, I had to move the shipment to another time. Certainly Mr. sent the box as a whole and sevsim in the defeat, but the box came in a state that I would be ashamed to pass it. It can be seen that someone acted like a pig because some parts of the handle are broken. Thank you to the carrier. I will definitely not send anything through this company.

A už teď se bojím, v jakém stavu bude, jediné štěstí je, že jsme to neplatili předem ? Rychlost respektive pomalost doručení, nemožnost platit kartou a vůbec nejhorší, že po nepřevzetí balíku vám zavolá zaměstnanec společnosti s výhrůžkou, že už vám nikdy nic nedoručí. To je hrozný..... Probably the worst delivery company in the Czech Republic. The speed or slowness of delivery, the inability to pay by card and the worst of all, that after not taking over the package, an employee of the company will call you with the threat that he will never deliver anything to you again. That's terrible .....

Po telefonátu na zákaznický servis mi bylo sděleno, že je zásilka opravdu vedená jako doručená, ale bez podpisu nebo jiného údaje kdo balík převzal. Operátorka mi řekla, že zjistí kde balík skončil a obratem se mi ozve. Když ani po hodině a půl nikdo nevolal, zkusil jsem zavolat znovu, ale bohužel jsem zjistil, že už mají po pracovní době a budu muset počkat celý víkend než se něco dozvím. Za 40 euro bych si představoval lepší službu. Pokud budu mít příště na výběr, určitě se DHL vyhnu. According to the tracking, the package should have been delivered to me, but no one even contacted me. After a call to customer service, I was told that the shipment was indeed registered as delivered, but without the signature or other information of who received the package. The operator told me that she would find out where the package ended and contact me immediately. When no one called after an hour and a half, I tried to call again, but unfortunately I found out that they already have after working hours and I will have to wait the whole weekend to find out something. For 40 euros, I would imagine a better service. If I have a choice next time, I will definitely avoid DHL.
