★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t have the standard dhl medium size packet or box available which every other dhl office in the world has available. My package was average size - nothing unique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient office. They do not accept already sealed dhl envelopes. So best to put confidential documents in an envelope and seal that. Do not drive to the office on Jindrisska. Parking is impossible in the area. Otherwise an excellent experience. Customer service representative was helpful and spoke excellent English for those who need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behavior of this person on the photo was ridiculous. I’ve spent more than 1:30 hours to send my parcel because of him. He was letting other people stand in front of me at the queue. He didn't even tell me his name. Very boor person. Until he will work at your office, I will never send anything via DHL!!! Please do something
