 There was no SMS or e-mail, and the package was already at the delivery point for 5 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechápu - když vyplňujete objednávku, nabídne Vám PPL vyzvednutí v Žabce (s velice příznivou otevírací dobou), když však do výdejny dorazíte, dozvíte se od personálu Žabky, že oni výdej objednávek pro PPL vůbec neprovozují a opakovaně bezvýsledně žádali PPL o nápravu v systému. Naštěstí byli ochotni a poslali mě do obchodu za rohem, kde opravdu výdejnu provozují - bohužel zde mají dost krátkou otevírací dobu do 15 h., už bylo zavřeno, takže jsem musel pro jednu objednávku dvakrát...
I do not understand - when you fill out an order, PPL will offer you a pick-up in Žabka (with very favorable opening hours), but when you arrive at the dispensary, you will learn from Žabka staff that they do not operate PPL orders at all and have repeatedly unsuccessfully asked PPL to rectify the system. Fortunately, they were willing and sent me to the store around the corner, where they really run a dispensary - unfortunately they have quite a short opening time by 3 pm, it was already closed, so I had to order twice for one order ...

What is their excuse now when due to Covid19 we are all staying at home?
"was canceled due to non-delivery" after 7 days of waiting.
At least they should ring the door, call, email, update order status --- nothing!!!
DPD is way more reliable.
In 3 days you file a complaint - solved right after the order is cancelled. How convenient!
I hope there is some independent audit for all their incompetent drivers.
Not personal, leaving this feedback to all PPL locations as last resort.
