★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi milá zkušenost. Jedna z mála lékařů, která pacientovi naslouchá, na pacienta se při rozhovoru dívá a přemýšlí v souvislostech. Narozdíl od řady zkušeností, kdy lékař při komunikaci sleduje upřeně monitor počítače a jediný oční kontakt proběhne mezi dveřmi při příchodu a odchodu.

Very nice experience. One of the few doctors who listens to the patient, looks at the patient and talks in context. Unlike many experiences, when a doctor is watching a computer monitor intently while communicating, and a single eye contact is made between doors when they arrive and leave.
