★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night I went in to pick up some band aid for a cut on my finger but a blonde lady just said "we're closed!" even though they were still serving a customer and the doors were open.
Yes it was closing time, but it was also an emergency and I even showed her my injury. She didnt care - No we are Closed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dm's products are good. but staffs are mad terrible :). they casually use the products that are on the shelves. although I am - a customer also standing nearby. The staff's attitude is something either, they may even raise their voice and glare at you just because you can't speak czech or if you don't understand what they're talking about. mad terrible!
