S	Sandra Diario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to change lenses on 2 pair of glasses I use to read, and I had third pair with me using them while I was waiting for the other 2 to be finished. Just a couple of days after I gave my glasses to the shop for lenses change I sat on glasses I had with me at home and broke them, so I was left without any ... I went to the shop to ask if they could speed up lenses change, if I could at least have one pair asap :) Young lady working there I think named Martina was really very nice, she understood the issue and reassured me they would try to speed up my order as much as possible, and I was in fact called a couple of days after to come, they have finished not only one but both pair of glasses :) I was supper happy and I would recommend this shop to anyone , the service and quality are on higher level then usual, and even though the girl in shop looks quite young she has approach of a professional. You can browse the shop as much as you need, even though shop is small they have a couple of chairs and water for customers to refresh ... I came with my 5yo once and he god some pen and paper to draw so I could chose the frame in peace... small details but quite appreciated. I was also told that I can contact them in case of any issue with the glasses done by them, so no worries there....
G	Gayane Gharajyan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff, high quality and quick service. The shop assistant helped me pick the frame and I love it. Sits perfect, looks beautiful. They don't have those unreasonably expensive brands, but the ones they have are comfortable, durable and trendy. The final price with lenses was about 6000 czk, which I think is perfect. Had no problem communicating in English. I can only recommend this place.

The man, Suren, is very nice and has good English. He checked my eyes and advised me on some really nice glasses. I think their selection is some of the best for a good mix of fashion and practical. The range of frames he sold were all around 4K each (without lenses). I honestly had trouble deciding which ones were the best! Suren was also really frank with me and answered all my questions. I asked about contacts and he told me that I could definitely look online for something cheaper than he could offer, and he helped me understand what to enter to get contacts on my prescription. I got a really lovely and personalized service simply walking in off the street. I left very happy and I want others to know!
