Zwei Wochen später war ich wieder in Prag, mit dem Koffer und wollte ihn umtauschen. Man drückte kurz auf den Griff und sagte der ist fest und lachte. Ich sagte Sie soll 10 Minuten spazieren fahren, aber nein kein Umtausch. Sie will ihn einschicken zur Kontrolle, ich soll 4 Wochen warten. Echt traurig dieser Laden, ich habe bezahlt und bekomme Schrott dafür. Kein Umtausch. Schlechter Service. Muss man noch diskutieren bis sie es überhaupt einschicken zur Kontrolle. Nun ich werde ihn sicherlich in 4 Wochen wieder bekommen und ich hoffe dass ich ihn nicht unverändert zurück bekomme, habe nicht für einen kaputten Koffer soviel bezahlt! Kein seriöses Geschäft, jedes ehrliches Geschäft nimmt sofort den kaputten Koffer und gibt einen neuen raus!
