Nejdrive mi prodavacka proda neco jineho, nez jsem chtel. S ujistenim, ze je to presne to, co jsem ji ukazal na fotce. Rozdil zjistila az pritelkyne. Druhy den jdu makeup vratit a vymenit, reklamaci vsak odmitli prevzit s tim, ze mam prijit druhy den, protoze ani jedna ze 3 prodavacek k prevzeti reklamace neni opravnena, to muze jen vedouci nebo zastupkyne. V drogerii, kde maji ceny vyrazne drazsi nez v e-shopu, bych cekal jinou uroven sluzeb - vzdyt za to si clovek priplaci. Navic jednani prodavacky bylo neprijemne, bez znalosti naroku zakaznika dle obcanskeho zakoniku. Doporucuji radeji prodejnu ve Vankovce, tam slo vse bez problemu.

Ač nerada píšu negativní recenze, zde opravdu musím. Parfumerii jsem navštívila mnohokrát a tato pobočka je, co se týče personálu, katastrofální. Natrefit na kompetentní, odbornou a ještě příjemnou slečnu se podaří asi tak jednou za 10 návštěv. Dále chápu, že v této době nelze zkoušet produkty z testerů na kůži, ale naprosto znechucený pohled prodavačky, když jsem jí požádala o vyzkoušení odstínu a konzistence korektoru štětičkou, bych vám opravdu přála vidět. A ne, opravdu nehodlám vyhodit 1200 Kč za něco, co netuším, jak bude vypadat na mé kůži. 9 z 10 návštěv je vždy opravdu velkým zklamáním. Na jednu stranu chápu, že je potřeba odfiltrovat velké množství čumilů, kteří přijdou z České, každopádně tohle není ta správná cesta...

Ochotné prodavačky, ale co se týče informací o produktech a reklamaci, tak špatné. Přesvědčily mě na nákup řasenky dod Mac s tím, že se neobtiskne na víčko. Bohužel mylná informace a reklamace není možná. Takže mám řasenku za 800,- jen na vyplnění prostoru v kosmetickém kufříku.

Disgusted with way i was just treated at JoMalone perfumes corner ,i went to try some JoMalone colognes ,Older lady staffs was rude and preventing me from using the tester card and asked me to sniff from the stick and i told repeatedly i wanted to try them on tester card, they were so rude and judgmental ,check the instore cctv camera footage around 16:10 , i want to know why do you place these tester cards on display ?? Customers are not supposed to try perfumes??? Very Disappointed. !!!!
