Už po telefonu velice příjemné jednání ze strany personálu? (podle profesionálního jednání a vstřícného přístupu bych tipovala i na majitelku podniku), přímo v obchodě to nebylo jinak. Velice oceňuji prozákaznický přístup a ochotu i rady ohledně výběru... Neváhala bych zde nakoupit znovu :) I ordered the goods via the Internet and since I did not pass the payment via the card (I blame it on the absence of experience on my part) I called the shop directly to find out if it is possible to pay by card on the spot (yes, no problem). Already on the phone very pleasant dealings from the staff? (according to professional conduct and a friendly approach, I would also bet on the owner of the company), it was no different directly in the store. I really appreciate the pro-customer approach and willingness and advice on the selection ... I would not hesitate to buy here again :)

Doutníky, které jsem obdržel byly bohužel padělky... šlo o Romeo y Julieta no.1 tubos 10ks, kdy přišly v jakési překližkové krabici s nalepeným papírem, jakože rádoby obal.... dál hned co bilo do očí byly přetržené kolky a krabička uzavřena hřebíkem....po otevření radoby šperkovnice byly doutníky přikryty kusem nakřivo střižené bílé A4ky....jako katastrofa....nikdy víc z tohoto e-shopu... nechápu ty kladné recenze.... Ještě že poslali jiné doutníky než jsem objednal takže jsem je vytratil s tím, že mi poslali jiný druh a vrátili mi peníze.... protože věřím, že kdybych jim nadal do podvodníků, tam mi doma zustanou strojně vyráběné předražené hnusy vyrobené bůh ví z čeho.... Takové gesto hned člověku zpříjemní den. Děkuji! ? I recommend! Really incredibly nice staff! Super sortiment a balení s Boveda balíčkem proti vyschnutí doutníku super! Kamenná prodejna taktéž příjemná, jedine doporučuji!?? The best customer experience I've ever had when buying a cigar.
