★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedodržení ceny. Cena na obalu a na internetu shodná. Bohužel u pokladny jsem koukal . Cena neplatí. Je dražší. Nechte tady hračku a my se vám do měsíce ozveme..... Radši jsem při pohledu na syna kousnul cenu ........ Je mi to líto!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snad ani nekomentovat. Hračka na DO dítěti přestala fungovat po hodině. Jdeme to vrátit, nepřekvapivě arogantní přístup. Na ofiko stránkách v OP uvedeno možno vrátit na kterékoli pobočce, tady nás samozřejmě chtěli vyfakovat, že musíme tam, kde jsme to koupili (přes půl republiky). Po ujasnění OP, že teda ať počkáme, jde to vyridit. Po 40ti minutách! papír a že za 30 dní se rozhodne, jestli je to oprávněná reklamace. Tímto neskutečně protizakaznickym jednáním berte na vědomí, že v Draciku nekoupím uz ani tužku a samozřejmě nikdo z mé rodiny a přátel a všem budu doporučovat konkurenční podniky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po "lockdownu" docela fronty. Lidé čekající na online objednávky se tu míchají ve frontě s lidmi čekajícími na pokladnu. Nulová snaha o informovanost nebo organizací. Na této konkrétní prodejně je vidět neorganizovanost personálu (nemají srovnané online objednávky a pro ověření PINu při předání běhá prodavačka někam dozadu). A nemyslím že je to chyba prodavaček, spíš někoho nad nimi.
After the "lockdown" quite a queue. People waiting for online orders mix in line with people waiting for the cash register. Zero effort for information or organization. At this particular store, you can see the disorganization of the staff (they do not have compared online orders and the saleswoman runs somewhere backwards to verify the PIN during delivery). And I don't think it's the saleswoman's fault, rather someone above them.
