★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fungování pobočky již popsáno dostatečně. Já ještě dodávám, že platební karty jsou velice nekvalitní, před koncem platnosti z nich opadává fólie a vypadají otřesně. Teď mi dokonce rok před koncem platnosti přestal fungovat NFC čip pro bezkontaktní platby a na pobočce mi řekli, že mám smůlu a kartu si můžu třeba přidat jako platební metodu do mobilu, ale zdarma novou dostanu až když ji skončí platnost. Díky, za takový odpad platit nebudu.

Now, even a year before the expiration date, the NFC chip for contactless payments stopped working for me, and the branch told me that I was unlucky and I could add a card as a payment method to my mobile phone, but I won't get a new one for free until it expired. Thanks, I will not pay for such waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S ohledem na (ne)ochotu a (ne)vstřícnost zaměstnanců je tato pobočka naprosto tragická!! Ta jepice, která sedí za pokladnou, naprosto popírá jakýkoliv prozákaznický přístup!! Pokud bychom tuto pobočky neměli nejblíž, tak se jí velkým obloukem vyhneme!!
With regard to the (un) willingness and (un) helpfulness of employees, this branch is absolutely tragic !! The maypole sitting behind the cash register completely denies any pro-customer approach !! If we were not the closest to this branch, we would avoid it with a big arc !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nepříjemnost od pracovníků, zmatek na pobočce všichni stojí a koukají, jestli je někdo zavolá, nikdo neví kdy kde jak a přes oběd asi nikdo nedělá…
Discomfort from the staff, confusion at the branch everyone stands and watches if someone calls them, no one knows when where how and over lunch no one probably does…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vše je tu problém, a během týdne tu nikdo nezvedá telefon.
Celkový dojem: Falešná pobočka, kterou někdo na poslední chvíli postavil z kartónu a odřezků koberce, a jako zaměstnance tam nahnal náhodně vybrané lidi z ulice.
Everything is a problem, and no one picks up the phone during the week.
Overall impression: A fake branch that someone had built at the last minute out of cardboard and carpet clippings, and as an employee there he drove randomly selected people from the street.
