★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem si na této pobočce vyzvednout dividendy. Operace s poradcem proběhla rychle, problém byl na pokladně, která nefungovala, vypadalo to na nějaký reboot systému nebo něco podobného. Celá záležitost vyzvednutí dividend trvala půl hodiny a to tam skoro nebyli žádní klienti. Hrůza, jsem rád, že jsem mám jinou banku.
I was at this branch to collect dividends. The operation with the advisor was fast, the problem was at the cash register, which did not work, it looked like a reboot of the system or something similar. The whole affair of dividend collection took half an hour and there were almost no clients. Horror, I'm glad I have another bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem dnes 12.4.2022 cca v 15.00 vyměnit kovové mince , které sbírá vnučka za papírové ( 90 ks ) . Paní na pokladně ani dobrý den , ač jsem pozdravila nic.. vedle paní seděl nějaký muž... řekla jsem jen tak, že vnučka rozbila prasátko , paní odešla k automatu na mince a slyším jak tomu pánovi říká " tyhle pohádky nesnáším " ( myslela , že jí neslyším...). Poděkovala jsem a říkám, že se za tu pohádku omlouvám!!!!. Paní evidentně práce s lidmi nebaví, takový člověk tam nemá co dělat si myslím !!! Štěpánová Lenka
I was today on April 12, 2022 at about 15.00 to exchange metal coins, which my granddaughter collects for paper (90 pieces). Not even a good morning at the cash register, although I greeted nothing ... there was a man sitting next to the lady ... I just said that the granddaughter broke the piggy bank, the lady went to the coin-operated machine and I hear the gentleman saying "I hate these fairy tales" (she thought that I can't hear her ...). I thanked and say that I apologize for the fairy tale !!!!. The lady obviously doesn't enjoy working with people, such a person has nothing to do there, I think !!! Štěpánová Lenka
