My experience with KB Centrala Nam. June Day 17 May 2017 at 17:15 I'm going in ... just one lady behind the cash desk. "Hello, I need to transfer my account to this branch here" "Hello, my colleague has left and will come in a moment" I say "ok, no problem await", and the lady actually came in 5 seconds. Great. KB colleague asks what he can do. Me: Please transfer this account to this branch. KB colleague: I wonder when you can come. When can you? Me: Well after 5pm. KB colleague: Everyone wants it. You can until 5th June 2017. Me: 5th June! I just need to transfer the account..to take about 2 minutes, then I can schedule meetings. KB colleague: Unfortunately I'm waiting for the client, I can't get into the system. Me: God, I will be happy and escape from the Commercial Bank. KB colleague: Do it. Me: Well, that's the approach, I see how you don't care! KB colleague: What I can say to you, I am alone. Me: That's a problem between you and the boss. KB colleague: ... something ... something Me: .. (already left and scolded that I unfortunately lured to KB) This is a punishment and not only my advice: If you are not satisfied with KB then you better close the account and run away !! Unfortunately, I have to wait about 4 and a half years for refinancing :-( As it is not possible to come to the branch to just make a small end without a meeting is a shame. I can't imagine having such an approach to my customers in the company where I work!

Probably the worst KB branch. Very unpleasant branch staff. I was depositing cash into the account and obviously that was a problem, because I probably bothered the siesta during the afternoon. When I wanted to ask to transfer the account to this branch, because I work from there for 3 minutes, it was probably the top for the lady behind the counter = I have to do something.

I like going to this branch very much. The staff is competent and acts quickly. I would especially like to thank the director of the branch - Ctibor Andreas. He is a professional in his field and moreover he is helpful and human. Viktoria

My favorite branch and very nice ladies, who always willingly and in detail consulted everything. Professional conduct and helpfulness. Special thanks to Mrs. Hana. I wouldn't change the bank for anything.

An empty branch and yet a long wait for the director of the branch, who is said to be the only one who opens new accounts. When I saw through the glass wall that other KB employees from the branch still came to his office and had no client there, I left. Just like in an advertisement for Airbank. I do not recommend.

A short visit to the branch - my wife and I wanted to work out one short thing. The lady, who is sitting opposite the entrance to the branch, very unpleasant - instead of information whether we have to wait or we have to order a specific date, my wife replied that the others are here and now she has no time !!! The last time I saw this way of treating a client was in the 1980s. Congratulations to KB on the "professionalism" of the employee ...

I can't rate the branch as a whole, but I have one very specific rating. From May to August, I and the branch now dealt with a card payment complaint with one large foreign company. Mr. Marek B. from this branch called me and I must say that he was very helpful, professional, incredibly helpful. He solved everything with the given company for me, because a normal ordinary citizen would not have a chance against a foreign company of this type. I am very satisfied with the result and the approach of this gentleman working at this branch and I can only recommend it for me. If I need anything in the future, I will turn here again without hesitation. Big thanks! R. B.
