Despite negative reviews I tried the company Dream-cars and I do not know what it is, but I had only positive experience with the company, everything went perfectly fine and without problems. Their actions were serious and very nice. Their service before renting a car, everything around renting the car even after the rental call me if everything was OK and if I enjoyed the rental properly. Dream-cars, I can only RECOMMEND and the next time I want to borrow a dream car again, I choose them again.

Hello, I would like to share my experience with Dream Cars from Prague. At first contact they were very nice and everything looked very serious. There was no problem with the rented car and everything was returned with a smile and no defects. The problem arose when we started urging the refund of the deposit for a car that did not arrive in the promised 14 days. For more than two months I have been hearing, for example, "we sent it today and you have it on your account tomorrow" or "I am carrying it and we will send it" or "the boss is on holiday and we will send it next week" and tomorrow they will be "...... ATTENTION TO THIS COMPANY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. unfortunately today I know that we are not alone in such problems.

I would like to draw the attention of all those who want to rent a car from Dream - cars to be very careful, the company is absolutely unreliable and their behavior is unprofessional. On December 2, 2015 we rented a Ferrari California car from the company and deposited a refundable deposit of CZK 400,000 to the bank account of Dream - cars. After returning the vehicle (the same day 2.12.2015) we expected immediate refund of the deposit. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Despite a number of urgencies, only 200,000 CZK has been returned to me until 9 February 2016. Although the company owner still promised us a refund, she kept saying that she had already sent them, so she was just drowning in lies. After constant waiting, we decided to bring this case to court, where we are ready to try the rest of the outstanding amount of 200.000, - CZK. We are currently waiting for the trial. I would definitely not rent a car here, although a few acquaintances borrowed it here and everything was fine, there were also a few people who had the same problem as us. I do not understand how such a company can afford to behave like this, it is absolutely unprofessional and of course will lose potential customers. The owner did not return the money to us, but mainly that you bought the company more new cars, and probably for our money. Unfortunately, you can't sue this business to confiscate their property because their headquarters are on lease and all cars are on lease, so it's pretty well thought out. I hope my reviews will help improve or bankrupt this company. I will be glad if you read this review and at least you will think about the next time you rent a car.

Modified after the dream-cars response: Dream-cars.cz responded to my review, apologized for not responding and we settled the whole matter in peace. 5 days after writing the review, I have back the rest of the deposit, because all the damage to the windshield was covered by insurance. I am glad that they faced the situation and I believe that they will fine-tune the communication in the future as well. Original text: With dream-cars.cz it's like an insurance company. You will not recognize them until you are dealing with the fulfillment. I would like to point out in advance that I am not so much interested in the specific amount as in the principle. On June 19, 2018, after a beautiful trip, we returned the Mazda MX-5 with only a small crack on the windshield from a stone from (probably) a truck on the highway. Nothing that can't happen to any of us. I immediately reported the incident by phone and was assured that nothing was happening. After returning the car, only 80% of the deposit was returned to me (they kept 40t, 10t) with the proviso that the rest will be repaired, as the glass is not insured and does not yet know the exact price. After a few of my emergencies, I learned that the glass is eventually insured and that the co-payment will be a maximum of CZK 2,500. After each emergency, I was always assured that "the car goes into service tomorrow and I will know the exact amount". As no one responded, my next urges followed by another assurance that he was "already in service." Finally, in September, I managed to negotiate by phone that he will return another 7t and we will call the remaining 3t when the car is really in service. I came to the branch for money. The lady changed her mind and said that she would only return 5t to me. But I was reassured that the car was going to service tomorrow, and as soon as it was repaired, they would let me know and we would call the rest. It's January 2019. No one answered. I stopped counting on the rest of the bail. I understand that they want to rent a car as much as possible in the summer. But I don't like such frivolous behavior. Try to imagine what will happen to your deposit when a stone on the road accidentally damages your windshield. You will only get back part of the deposit and the fairy tale.

Catastrophic experience. I ordered a supersport rental from them as a wedding gift for my brother-in-law and my wife. I was fooled by the very pleasant communication of the executive. She took a deposit and wrote a contract for herself. The day before the rental date, she said that the car was not available, because the alleged owner allegedly drove the car abroad alone (until then, she kept me in the fact that the car is theirs). She offered a priority rent in the next week or later - at any time. So we asked for a new date - the car was not with a new excuse again - it is said that it is at the wedding. The third term - again the day before the term definitively announced that the car is allegedly rented by someone else. The car is not on their website at all, ie the big question is whether the car even exists or whether it is a crime and it lured me a down payment for a non-existent thing. This was followed by withdrawal from the contract and then a game to return the payment (first she wrote that the amount was sent - it was not, then that there was a problem in the bank, etc. - she always promised to solve it the next day). After 5 unfulfilled promises / lies and reading reviews of the company's alleged frauds, I ran out of patience below and filed a criminal complaint today. I strongly do not recommend - do not be fooled by very pleasant professional communication like me. If any of the reviewers cheated below read it, I recommend that you also pass it on to the police. In my opinion, fraudsters belong to sweatpants!

A few years ago, I bought a gift voucher to rent a car as a gift for a relative. Now, by surprise, I found out that the voucher was not used at all, because DREAM CARS was not able to repeatedly offer a date for booking the car, nor was it willing to extend the validity of the voucher upon request. The validity thus expired due to DREAM CARS. I consider this to be an absolutely incorrect behavior. I do not strongly recommend this company!
