O	Otto Ottasek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V předem objednaný vůz nepristaven, 25min po termínu výmluva že kolega zapomněl zavolat, že vůz je nepoužitelný. Recenze jen potvrdily nepouzitelnost služby. Na prislibeny náhradní vůz sem nečekal, zajistil sem si vlastní o 2h dřív za méně než byla zdejší sleva. Díky této službě se mi celý den posunul o téměř 3h. Jejich problémy na moji hlavu. SLUŽBU NEDOPORUČUJI. In a pre-booked car not delivered, 25min after the deadline excuse that a colleague forgot to call that the car is unusable. The reviews only confirmed the unusability of the service. The promised replacement car I did not wait here, I secured my own 2 hours earlier for less than the local discount. Thanks to this service I moved all day by almost 3h. Their problems on my head. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE.

Pak nás “naháněč” společnosti na tel. čísle v kontaktu informoval, že už půjčili někomu jinému a že vyřeší další den a následně již s námi nekomunikovali. Měli jsme štěstí, že jsme narazili na seriózní jednání např. v Teplicích, jinak by jsme se nedostali na zaplacený víkend a propadl by nám pobyt za x tisíc korun. Beru to jako smůlu, prvně vám odejde auto a pak narazíte na tuto echt severočeskou firmu. Jednoznačně se obraťte jinam, pro nás měl být varováním už web, který bych zařadil někam do po mileniální éry. Doporučení pro firmu? Držte se toho stěhování a další služby již nechte jiným. Osobně podáváme podmět na ČOI. We absolutely do not recommend. It happened to us that instead of bringing the vehicle, nothing happened. We were lucky that we came across serious negotiations, for example in Teplice, otherwise we would not have gotten to the paid weekend and our stay would have been lost for x thousand crowns. I take it as bad luck, your car will leave first and then you will come across this real North Bohemian company. Clearly turn elsewhere, a warning that we would place somewhere in the millennial era should have been a warning to us. Recommendations for the company? Až po několika pokusech (v průběhu 2,5 hod) dovolat se na ,,nonstop,, linku, telefon někdo zvedl (nebylo obsazeno), po diskusi bylo oznámeno, že auto není k dispozici a nebude. Beware of this rental, I strongly warn - despite the confirmed reservation, the vehicle was not delivered. Only after several attempts (within 2.5 hours) to call the "non-stop" line, someone picked up the phone (it was not busy), after the discussion it was announced that the car is not available and will not be.

Bohužel komunikace dosti komplikovaná, která vygradovala, že asi po měsíci a půl půjčovna není schopná vrátit vratnou zálohu. The vehicle was borrowed from this company thanks to the Škoda Assistance program. Unfortunately, the communication was quite complicated, which graduated that after about a month and a half the rental company is not able to return the refundable deposit.

Nebudu zde vypisovat všechny detaily, ale určitě se této půjčovně vyhněte obloukem, nebo poté budete hodně litovat...zejména pokud auto chcete např. na dovolenou a potřebujete odjet včas nebo ho potřebujete vrátit tak jak bylo sjednáno, protože poté odjíždíte pryč. To byl bohužel i náš případ. To, že ne všechno musí vždy běžet podle plánu se může stát, ale v tom případě má společnost s člověkem jednat, omluvit se mu a snažit se najít nějaké řešení, ale tady vám zvednou telefon jednou z 20 pokusů a pak jsou ještě arogantní a nepříjemní a myslí si, že kvůli nim asi zrušíte dovolenou, že na vás asi letadlo bude čekat, než si někdo milostivě přijde auto převzít. The fact that not everything does not always have to run according to plan can happen, but in that case the company has to deal with a person, apologize to him and try to find a solution, but here they pick up your phone in one of 20 attempts and then they are still arrogant and unpleasant and they think that because of them you will probably cancel your vacation, that the plane will probably be waiting for you before someone graciously comes to pick up the car.
