R	Renato Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental experience ever! After a 15 hour flight, there's a line with over 30 people waiting and only one attendant! Have been waiting for almost an hour and the line hasn't moved an inch.
s	suhith h on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever.. I had a booking with ACE. My flight was delayed by 2h. I tried to call them to inform about the delay. I was not able to reach them. I was able to reach them on online chat, where they said "its ok they will save the booking". When i reached Prague rental place, there was no car and they were so rude that they didnt care. They are the worst once

Cars can be a little cleaner on the inside but other than that new and great cars each time i rented , with low millage. Always fast and smooth pick up and easy drop off. I always be renting from them it’s a shame they dont have 5 stars here already
P	Pavel Aleabov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the past 2 years I have been booking with ACE Rent a Car at the airport and at their 2nd office on Namesti Republiky. The service and especially the prices that they provide when going through priceline are phenomenal. I already had over 10 different bookings and every time the stuff was very friendly and super helpful. The cars are clean and any time when they have a chance they will even offer a better car than you actually booked. I did recommend ACE Rent A Car to a lot of my friends and they had a great experience as well. Looking forward to my next trip with you guys.

Had all correct confirmation numbers according to the Travelocity rep via ace rep he called while we were on hold but they just “simply didn’t see a reservation” for us in their system! Bought the additional insurance which they are now refusing to refund based on “their policy.” What am I insuring if my reservation didn’t exist???
P	Pavel Sedlacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fell like I am the only one writing positive reviews about car rentals. I did not expect anything excellent for the low price we paid but I was surprised. Short line at the desk and fast procedure, within 10 min. we were sitting in the car and leaving airport. Booked mid-size car which they did not have at the time so they gave us new Skoda Octavia for the same price. I really appreciated it. Returning the vehicle was also smooth and did not take more than few minutes.
J	Jennifer Rogers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented here because they were inexpensive and it doesn't seem like any rental car places in Prague get outstanding reviews--so I figured it wouldn't make a difference. When I was checking out they double charged me for the rental. I only noticed because I'm that (annoying) person who takes the time to review the paperwork very closely. Front desk guy was irritated that I insisted it be fixed right then instead of refunded sometime later. Then 5 weeks later Ace charged my credit card again. Then 2 weeks after that Ace charged my card again--when I called they hung up on me. I had to call corporate and open a complaint. Took 10 days of my time to finally get my money back. The front desk guys are nice, the cars are decent, but WATCH YOUR MONEY!!! I would not return here again.
R	Ruben Gonzalez Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM SCAM SCAM, I rented a car online but sadly I used my credit card for the deposit. I used the car, returned it without accident, signed the final contract saying there is anything else to pay for and I was happy that my experience was not as bad as other people mentioned here. BUT 2 weeks later I received 2 unauthorized charges from them. I today after one month of my rental I received the 4th unauthorized charge from "Rent plus s.r.o. Aviatick". Don't use it, you are going to REGRET it later.
