On the receipt email they sent me formatting of the deposit number was so bad that it seemed intentional. I interpreted it wrong and we had to wait in office for half an hour and the guy treated us so unfriendly even though it was their mistake. Then he proceeds with explaining nothing and sends us out with the car. There are certain a couple of things you need to know. After a week we deliver car back. And they start taking money from my account. I mean there can be reasons for it but they do not even send an informing email or any receipt to me about it. Horrendous service and communication.

Please be careful. At the beginning reasonable price and good condition car. Just after giving back…. Deposits are used arbitrarilly as additional charge. No good comminication. Charged 270€ instead of 50€ for travel out of Chezch as a fine. Don’t trow away your money.

I have contradictory feelings with this company. I used it different times with quite good result. However, the few times I required assistance, even for small issues, contacting and speaking to them was an almost impossible mission. First, it is difficult to get them by phone and second, some employees lack basic communication skills and get frustrated very quick if you have any doubt. My personal feeling is that they have excellent employees and total moron employees, nothing in between. Depending who attends you, you will get a good price and good quality service or you will get totally frustrated trying to discuss or understand basic stuff with them. Regarding to the cars, doesn't matter the model I choose, I always get the Skoda Octavia or Skoda Fabia ?. But they were always in good condition. No specific complaints there. Summing up: I don't think it is a "scam company" as others said, but it is true that if you don't have experience speaking to them you might get frustrated at some point.

Worst car rental I have ever been! Hidden charges which were not shown in the brooker contract at first. Staff not helpful at all. Travel all the world but something like this never occurred!

Horrendous and Horrible car renting service for the first time in my life in Europe. We booked the car 1 month in advance with full payment, we arrived in airport by flight in 1hr from Brussels late night at 11PM. When we came to the car rental at the airport, our card had some issues, so we asked to hold the car till next day so that we could come back, to which the rentplus agent agreed. The next day we tried calling rentplus to inform we would be late to pick up the car as our card was having issues, despite trying multiple times, no one picked up the call in any of the numbers provided to us. Contacting them by any means was an impossible task.When we reached to pick up the car , they said the contract was already cancelled, also no information was provided to us before the cancellation. The amount was deducted and they said no amount would be refunded. The agent was absolutely unprofessional, uncourteous, provided 0 information and not willing to help at all. As a result we were stuck in the city with no car and all our plans for 8 days trip got messed up. I wish I could give a zero and I totally empathize with the other customers who had similar worst experience with rentplus. Recommend to never go for this rentalplus in Prague.

Great location.Mostly good staff, except some grumpy ocassions. Nice 21% discount once you use them 3 times. Make sure you document the car well before renting it out for small scratches. They always accepted small delays om returning the car. Four stars because the prices increased drastically over the last 6 months.

1 . I paid in advance for 32 days car rental contract and when I arrived the airport they asked for my credit car to block US dollars 1000 for a refundable deposit which I found later that they deducted all the amount right away. I have returned the car on the 17th last October and believe it or not till now they didn’t return back my money despite of 11 emails I have sent out of which only one time I received a response saying that they returned the money which is not true, and I have been trying to get a another response after their response from their main office and also from the airport office but no one answers. This raises big ⁉️ marks about integrity ⁉️ ⁉️ ⁉️ very long lines with one person working servicing tens of customers so put in mind at least one hour and half waiting time to be able to reach the agent. Besides, the agent who receive the car when you return it, is very rude , has a very bad attitude and look dawn at customers. I would rate this company below zero.

This is the worst I mean the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had in my life. Arrived to Prague airport from Italy. The flight took less than 2 Hours, but I’ve been waiting in line for this Non-sense Zero customer service rude car rental company for more than 2 and half hours just to talk to a person. By the way they only have 1 Person working there, rude and super slow. Save your time and frustration and book with another well known rental company. Please don’t cheap out and think this is a good deal,, look at the whole picture, if you want peace of mind, fast service and professionalism, go with other rental car companies. If I can give this rating 0 I would but there’s no option for it.
